Without a doubt, the best solicitor I have used, and I have purchased a number of houses in the past. Very approachable, extremely knowledgeable and responsive, and nothing was too much trouble. The l... See more

Buyers solicitors wasting time
This firm is our buyers solicitors and it’s been a month my solicitors/estate agents have had no updates after several e-mails. When the estate agents got through to someone today they repeated the same thing they mentioned a few weeks ago that searches will be carried out.
We are in a chain and due to these solicitors there has been an unnecessary delay because they repeat the same thing and keep delaying.
The house I am buying is way ahead in terms of process because the solicitors are active and not lazy.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid like the plague seriously how…
Avoid like the plague seriously how many of you know about gifting ?? Well my mother didn't or she'd be turning in her grave but she's not even their yet 6 wks later .
So my mother wrote her will me not been in it because i I didn't want to be I have my own things a picture of her would of been nice but theirs this wording gifting .
So my mother puts 3 people in charge my eldest , her friend and her solicitor but now all my mother's belongings people she doesn't know have been in her house taken all her things and she hated them .
So what was the point in the will , you have disrespectfully gone against my mums wishes so make sure this solicitor tells you about GIFTING because them horrible vultures that you don't want on your will when we finally pass can have all your things and tha5s even after you've paid your so called trustful solicitor her fee which I believe my mother paid twice to have amended.
So now all mothers items are with people she hated with a passion ....... Well done, 25 yrs she hasn't seen my brother , over 25 yrs she hasn't seen the main vultures yet you allowed my mother's items go to them by GIFTING really no point in people making wills is their just a money scam
14 weeks into trying to get a sale…
14 weeks into trying to get a sale sorted, and exchanged/completed. This firm is our buyer’s solicitor, and their service and list of excuses is unbelievable. From “I’m busy, will try and get around to it”, new IT system and can’t access files, and then they are on holidays without warning. Never available to take calls, don’t return calls, and basically beyond useless. Do not go near them if you want to buy/sell your property.

I've used Khudeza Miah two times now for a house purchase and she has always done an amazing job I would definitely use her again.

Michael Wood and David Ahern are slippery characters...
Michael Wood and David Ahern are slippery characters and this firm of solicitors should be given a wide berth. Michael inherited the firm from his father (tough job interview!?) don't expect any contact with him on a Friday - as he'll be on the golf course. David (who's no stranger to the Solicitor's Regulation Authority "SRA") also likes an early finish on a Friday, so don't expect much work from him then. Come to think of it they're not so sharp during the week either! Whatever service you use these cowboys for you can be assured it'll be a terrible. It'll take a lot longer than you hope for, it'll be expensive (expect unexpected additional costs) There'll be surly and unapologetic and the only thing that will be consistent is their incompetence and outstanding laziness.
Take the glowing reviews shown on Google with a pinch of salt as they're likely to have been put on by the firm. They've tried already several times to have this review removed from Google reviews, but because I had such a bad service I'm going to keep posting it. Hence why I've also put the same review on Trust Pilot. Be warned anyone who has contact with this firm - they are the pits of the earth. People deserve to know the truth.
