Great service from start to finish. Seven days from drop off at Enterprise (for hire car) to collection from Enterprise. Fantastic job done, just like new, kept up to date about the progress of the repair.
The only small criticism I have is the last text I received said my car was being checked and cleaned, the trouble is that it was washed with dirty water and the interior wasn’t touched. A little bit of a let down on an otherwise brilliant job.

We may have discovered Rye Street Group because they were our insurer's preferred repairer but after their fabulous service they are certainly our preferred repairer now too!

The staff were friendly and helpful. They organised a courtesy car from Enterprise and I was even able to leave that with them when I collected my car.
The repairs were completed within a few days and my car was also washed.

Friendly knowledgeable people,who were on hand for any questions I had.
They have done an incredible job on my car, which they also cleaned inside and out. They even managed to retrieve a ring that fell between the passengers seat and central console and I couldn’t reach it. Definitely use these guys again! Thank you so much for doing a great job on my car!

I have just received my car back after my insurance company chose Rye Street Braintree to do my repair after an accident. I have to say that I'm really impressed with their service. They kept in contact with me and kept me up to date.When I called to ask any questions, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It was done very quickly and was valeted and polished on return. I'm very happy and would highly recommend them.

Really straightforward experience with Rye Street. Very quick to update us and accurate with their timescales. Also, the chap who come to pick up my car was very accommodating when I was running a touch late.
