Very good service. Vehicle back a day early

They were very quick in collecting my car they kept me up to date fully on the progress of repairs they were were quick to redeliver my car to where suited me. I cant find anything negative to write just thank you.

Good customer focus in terms of regular updates on progress (there was a parts delay but out of Rye St control). Helpful and professional reception staff in person or on phone. Very convenient collection and drop off service, linked in my case with Enterprise. Physical repair looks good and car returned completely valeted - never a great experience when your car is damaged but Rye St Group Braintree made things a little easier thank you.

Thank you very much, my car returned to me and you can not see any traces of the marks from the accident . I believe there are no issues found with it working order too. Customers service been great , picking and dropping the car where it was more comfortable for me . top marks all around . Thank you

We had only had our brand new car for a month when someone crashed into the back. We really appreciated having a like for like hire car while the work was being carried out, and regular updates from Rye Street Group Braintree on the progress of our car repair.

They picked up the car and kept us up to date with text messages , after ten days the car was returned .
You would never have known there had been any damage I was so pleased with the repairs I would recommend using Rye Street.

Brilliant garage .....can't recommend them enough x work carried out was brilliant and the time frame given.. the work was completed. Great staff and special thanks to the driver who delivered back the car straight to the drive. So friendly and absolutely lovely.
