Fab service which great communication

Outstanding service. Rye street went above and beyond from picking up the car after the accident to ensuring that I was aware every step of the way. My car undertook extensive repairs but they repaired to high standards. Would highly recommend them for repairs. They made a difficult situation after an accident run smooth. Thanks

Having experienced a poor service with another garage recently I had low expectations. However, I have been very impressed with this garage. The service has been excellent, from the picking up of my vehicle, to the frequent updates keeping me informed of the progress. I never had to chase and whoever called me were very helpful and friendly during a stressful time following an accident.

I would return to this garage again due to the friendly and speedy service and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Office staff very helpful and went out of the way to re arrange collection after hire car company messed up, up to date information on how the repair was coming along, thank you Rye St.

Great experience with rye street. Vehicle was picked up and dropped off from my address. I was kept up with communication and my vehicle is back to looking the same as before the accident.

They took the car without assessing what was needed to be done. Then kept the car while waiting for parts which could have been ordered before taking the car. No updates provided and we had to call every time to find out what stage they are at. When the car was returned, we noticed a cut in the driver's seat and contacted them but they would not follow up until we contacted the insurance company. Then, after a long delay, they took the car, again without assessing it. They kept it for a whole week and then said that it was not their fault since they always cover the seat before using it. This is not true at all since when they were picking up and dropping off the car the seat was not covered. We were really unhappy with this but just took the car since we were about to go on holiday and this had just taken too long.
In addition to the above, they have washed the car with a chemical that has damaged the metal parts all aroung outside; I thought it will wash off but it has not. I am so annoyed.

From the moment my car was picked up and delivered back there was communication. I would like to say thank you to all who looked after my car.👍😁

Was kept up to date with the progress of my car and the delivery to my house was very helpful.

My beloved Golf GTD was unfortunately hit by another driver and needed repairs so I was passed to Rye Street, Bishops Stortford, via my insurance and I was not disappointed! The repair was to remove a dent and scrape, the work is immaculate and I can’t fault it - in addition I personally can find garages somewhat daunting, especially as a young female, however I found this place to be the most welcoming, professional and friendly garage I have ever used, the ladies in reception welcomed me with a smile on both occasions which can be priceless! My car was completed a lot earlier than the estimated date and on collection it had also been cleaned in and out which was such a lovely touch - whether via insurers or through choice, I’d really recommend this garage 11/10

Collected the car on the appointed date and carried out the repair work efficiently. All repairs look good. Provided regular progress updates and staff were very helpful and professional whether communicating in person or by phone. Also worked well with Enterprise who managed the overall process. Very pleased with the service provided and would recomend.
