They picked my car up very promptly after an accident and arranged a replacement car for me until repairs were done, got car back 3 days earlier than estimated, they delivered my car to hire company so it was a seamless changeover when I took replacement back, repairs were 1st class, very pleased with whole prossess from start to finish, 5stars

I had my car repaired by Rye Street and they were very professional and were true to their word as to how long it would take. Very pleased 😇

They kept in touch with me about the status of my repair. I did receive a communication telling me, my repair was almost complete but it still took over a week longer before it was ready to collect. The repair looks good, very happy with the finish.

Really pleased with the service I received at Rye street group in Braintree, they done a fantastic job on our repair and our car came back shinny and clean inside and out which was such a nice touch. over all really helpful and great customer service would highly recommend.

All went well for me from checking in the car and getting back.
Front counter member of staff very friendly and helpful. A day after leaving my car with Rye Street Motors I realised I left someting in the car I needed. Called into reception and again the same lady was very helpful and retrieved the item.
All staff I had dealings were helpful and professional.

Absolute 1st class service. Had some bad experiences with garages in the past but certainly not here ! Kept me up to date and informed over the progress and repairs to my car and did a super job to boot. Even returned the courtesy car on my behalf !! Cannot fault the service i got and would highly recommend to others .

Was kept informed by phone calls and text messages at every stage of the repairs, and every call was answered by polite and well informed members of staff.
Repairs were done to a very high standard and would fully reccomend this repairer.

Very good service from start to end. The garage kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle and was ready before the expected date. The car was also washed and valeted which was an extra bonus!

After our Ford Kuga suffered front end damage from a straying deer we were advised that Rye Street Haverhill was going to be repairing the damage.
Well what a first class experience!!
From initial phone call arrangements were made to collect the car by low loader within a day or so and car was in the workshop the following day being stripped and assessed. Jamie then updated me with regards to the parts and work required and said he would call with a further update as the parts arrived. Jamie called again and informed me parts were with them and work was progressing really well and gave a date that the car would be completed. Jamie duly called again to let me know the car was completed and ready to return all repaired. I collected the car and was really impressed with the high quality of repair and workmanship and car had been washed and polished too. I would totally recommend Rye Street Haverhill Body Repair, Jamie keeps you informed of progress and timescales and reception girls were fantastic too .

Excellent customer service, seamless from start to finish.

Picked my car up from Rye St, Stansted today. The quality of repairs was second to none... I couldn't be happier. It's been a long wait to get it back but this was solely due to waiting for parts from the manufacturer. All through this time though, I was keep informed by regular texts and when I did ring to get updates, everyone was so helpful. Many thanks to Wayne who rang me a few times with updates and to put my mind at rest!

From the minute I contacted Rye Street, I was informed every step of the way by regular updates on the progress of my car. I could log on at any time and see what was happening, this was brilliant. I was given a time frame but this was exceeded unexpectedly and I was very happy. All the staff I met from the receptionist (who is brilliant) to front of house and service staff went above and beyond to be helpful and courteous. i would not hesitate to use them again, everything was so simple from start to finish - well done Rye Street, Julie Bentley

The folks at Rye Street Group Braintree have been great from start to finish. The work on my car was completed before time and very well done.

The Staff there Carly at reception, Jacob estimates, guys/ladies? in body shop and lastly Danny/Stuart collection/delivery have all been great.

I can honestly say they have answered any question and sorted any queries I had.
