The team at Broxbourne were brilliant! They were quick to deal with me when I contacted them and the work to my car was great! I had damage to my rear bumper which was fixed very quickly. Whilst doing this, they also buffed out some scratches elsewhere that were not part of the job. Thank you!

My car was hit up the back so it was a third party claim from another insurance. We received a curtesy car and then, Rye Street Motors dropped my car back
to Enterprise when all finished. Kept me informed at every stage and you would not realise that my car had been in an accident. Brilliant work most impressive.

Car only went in with minor damage just scratches and scuffs, didn’t even dent but was told the suspension needed replacing which really confused me but as it was through the insurance it wasn’t any more money for me to pay, so went ahead. Car now has no marks at all and no evidence that there was ever scratches and scuffs so very pleased with this! You’d never know it was there. Great service, just quite slow but I beleive that was because they was waiting for a suspension part to come in. I did ask rye street (not the branch in particular) for the premier clean or whatever it’s called but was told they can’t as their short staffed. Overall pleased with the service! Thank you!

My insurance guided me here for a new bumper. Repairs were done within a day and car come back very clean too. Very happy.

Had to drop a star as removed my dash cam and unsure why but has become an inconvenience as it won’t stick back in properly and never had this issue before! didn’t even put it back up for me. UPDATE** Rye Street have been great replacing my dash cam sticky pad for me. 😊 Very quick communication and ordered very quickly for me. Thanks!

AMAZING - I would give this company 10 stars if I could!
Our car was damaged due to a non-fault accident. Rye Street repaired the rear quarter panel, bumper and light on our DS7. My husband and I are over the moon with the repairs, it is as if our car had not been in an accident at all.
The whole service we received, high standard of work, communication was impeccable and would highly recommend this company.

Quick scheduled collection, repaired quicker than estimated time frame above expectations, then car was delivered back where requested. Extremely happy 100% recommend

I had the unpleasant experience of find my car damaged in a car park, i went through the insurance to fix my car, and i was referred to Rye street for the repair, it took less then 2 weeks for the repair and they did a super job, they also washed the car that is a nice treat, also staff is really nice and friendly.. definitely recommend!!
