This is the 2nd occassion that the insurers allocated a vehicle to Rys Street and again no complaints from us. We and the driver were kept informed of the progress on repairs

Fantastic service from start to finish I was kept informed of what was being done to my car at all times. When I did phone them about delivery of my car the lady at the other end was very courteous. All in all a five star service and would highly recommend this company.

Just had my car ( Nissan, qashqai ) repaired at their Braintree branch. And what a fantastic job they done, and front of house Carly, was very helpful. Car also cleaned, which has never shone like this before. Great job Rye Street.

LV insurance recommended Rye Street Group to repair my car after a minor front end collision with a deer. The car was returned with a front fog light still not working, orange peel paintwork, no lacquer on the paintwork repair, the wheel arch liners not fitted properly with bolts and screws missing, one of the wheel arch liners damaged by Rye Street mechanics. A plastic trim on the bumper distorted. An air duct behind the bumper still damaged. Rye Street were given a second chance to rectify their poor workmanship. They failed - the front fog light was repaired, however, all the other issues remained. An independent inspector was appointed by LV insurance and agreed the repair was unsatisfactory. The car was then sent to another repairer who quoted over £3000 to make good the work that Rye Street Group had twice failed to complete. Beware that the workmanship here is not of a good standard - and be aware that you do not have to use the repairer recommended by your insurance company
