Perfect service, lost both sets of keys for the car and was given six weeks turnaround on getting the car back. Luckily he spoke to my insurance and they agreed to have a locksmith out so I got the car back within two days. So friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Rye Street Hoddesdon Branch. My car has been in before and as accepted, George and his team did another 1st class job!! I was Kept informed by Jade, nothing was too much trouble, polite, and very helpful. Nicola, very pleasant, kindly dropped my car to me at my workplace and took the hire car, that was a big help, thank you, and it looked amazing! It came back in Showroom condition, inside and out!! Thank you all at the Hoddesdon Branch, I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!!

Fantastic service with Rye Street, they booked and collected my vehicle very promptly from when my accident happened, and fixed and returned it really quickly too. Having had someone drive into the first car that I have owned which was only 5 months old, I was quite angry and stressed.
Dan and Stu came to my house to pick up my car and were both super friendly and had a brilliant sense of humour. They made me laugh and smile and reassured me that my car would be fine. They treated my car with respect, immediately covering the steering wheel and seats to make sure it remained clean. They told me that someone would be in touch with within 48 hours to let me know what was happening.
As promised, this happened and I received updates via text message. I got told a certain date and it was ready 3 days early. Whenever I called up the staff were very friendly and helpful, including Carly who helped me arrange a suitable time to pick my car up. It had been valeted which was not something I was expecting.
I cannot thank the team enough, especially the three people names above who were super helpful and friendly. Would 10/10 recommend.

My car went to Rye Street Haverhill as part of an insurance claim. It took longer than expected and my partner and I had to constantly chase for updates. There was a week where nothing happened (they said they were short staffed) and the completion date kept being put back. My insurers had to intervene. The car was returned super clean and shiny and the dents had been repaired, but there was a lack of attention to detail in the paint work, with some orange peel areas and paint missing from one door edge.
I booked for the car to return to Rye Street, and it was agreed it would be picked up on a Monday and returned on a Friday. Friday came and went and I received no updates. I kept chasing and was told they were short staffed (again). The truth was that they'd lost my car keys, so the work hadn't even started. We only discovered this when my partner insisted that he speak to the site manager, who was also baffled why we hadn't been told the truth. The car was returned to me after three weeks. We did not receive an apology for the delay, the failure to keep us updated, or the failure to be honest.
I have lost all confidence in Rye Street. They need to improve their customer service, as well as their quality control before they return cars to customers. They cannot take for granted their contracts with insurers; if something happened to my car again I would refuse to allow my car to be repaired at this garage.
