I would highly recommend rye street group. They provide quality service and quick repairs. They have lovely receptionists too.

My damaged car was collected promptly, I was texted with regular updates on when my car should be ready. All repairs have been carried out excellently. My car was delivered back to my home address clean inside and out causing me no inconvenience, a fantastic service and experience.

My insurance repair was carried out by Rye Street Group garage in Borehamwood. The receptionist Jodie was very friendly and was always willing to help. She arranged everything in a very professional way. The courtesy car was arranged immediately. Since I put my vehicle for repairs I was updated frequently about the progress. The collection and the delivery of my vehicle was done promptly. Very good service

Awful service avoid at all costs
They picked up my car which drive perfectly ! And dropped it back with a major warning don’t drive !!! Wayne was dealing with this and stated not there problem and is one of the rudest most unpleasant person I’ve dealt with

The fault was not present before my repair, that was yourselves who told my insurance this. I have just had Mercedes do a full report which will be sent to my insurance with proof the fault occurred on the 10/11 while was with your garage !
When the AA came out to us he also said what bad feedback customers had feed back about your garage.
A local mechanic also said one of his customers had recently taken you to court with similar issues and won the case.

They collect vehicle with care, communicate and give real time progress update and deliver the vehicle. They also wash and clean the vehicle I appreciate it very much. Rye street had my car for some accident damage and to repair some previous damage. The car came back looking like new, I was really happy. They kept me updated, collected and dropped off my car for me and the work carried out actually came out cheaper than the quote! Thanks very much!
