Claire was absolutely lovely and helpful with my printing request. I wanted to print something romantic for my fiancée and Claire's insight helped me get exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely come again!

After ordering online printing my order…

After ordering online printing my order was wrong however paperwork said otherwise I had my order checked as we wanted posters for a charity event and in the end losing £30 was unexceptionable for a local charity trying to provide a service for local people in Southehd

very expensive printouts…

checked online and said docs prints would cost around 23p per page. Printed 6 pages, black and white, paid £5.02. The charged me £2.50 for printing and 42p per page. Outrageous.
Still my fault as I did not ask first!!!

Thank You for Going the Extra Mile!

We had an event nearby and found ourselves in a last-minute lanyard emergency. Jack at Ryman was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to help us — not only did he assist in-store, but he proactively contacted other nearby Ryman stores to track down and gather the quantity of lanyards we needed. He was proactive, calm and incredibly helpful at a stressful moment, and his effort genuinely made a huge difference. Outstanding customer service and a real credit to the team. Thank you again Jack :)

Great visit !

Hello.. Thankyou so much for a fabulous store ! At Sutton One of the best Stationery Art supplies .Printers.. I know ..The staff are so friendly & helpful & very professional.. The Manager Tim .. not only helped me with all my printing needs for a tricky task .. but had some great practical tips to help me with future projects ! The young lady working there was also very good .. showing me where tools & other art needs were!! I joined the rewards scheme.. with their help too ! I was very impressed with the huge range they hold .. !I have been back a couple of times & recommended the shop to other fellow artists xxx

extraordinarily high price.

extraordinarily high price.
I paid 22 pounds for one booklet and I thought I was getting 12. Having been a director of a school and knowing how much these things cost, that is such an outrageous markup and as a result, I couldn’t afford to buy more than one given my budget and had an impact on my event. Although your staff is amazing and very kind, I won’t be using your service again because I actually can’t afford the price let alone justify it.

Ryman is my go to company for all things ‘organised’. Products are great quality and reasonable prices. Sell much more than pens and paper - my sons exec chair used for gaming lasted 4x longer than his 4x more expensive gaming chairs. Give them a go you will be a loyal customer too

Thank You Claire

I visited your Shandwick Place Branch in Edinburgh today 01/06/26 and the service I received from Claire was fantastic!
Her shift was finished but she still took the time to do me a quick couple of photocopies as the shop was a little busy and the other staff members were also busy. That’s what I call customer service. Having been in Customer Service or many many years I would have been proud to have had Claire as a member of my team.
Please pass this onto the relevant parties so she can get the recognition she so deserves.
Thanks again Claire. I will be back.

Fulham Road Branch Customer Service Champions

I went to the Fulham Road Branch to collect a click-and-collect order I desperately needed that day; however, the items had to be delivered and weren't at the store. The two members of staff went out of their way to help me and managed to get the two boxes I needed from a nearby store, saving me a trip to another branch and a call to customer services. They made an already stressful day a lot less stressful and handled it in a friendly and efficient way.
