Ryman Oldham

Staff are very customer focussed and give attention to customer queries. Assist by taking and showing you the various options available in a product. Have knowledge and understanding of the range of IT stock for example cabling, printers. Explain offers available in a particular where appropriate. Ensure that the customer is drawing on the various customer benefits available via the company. It is good to be able to speak face-to-face and not be constricted to online shopping only.

Documents printed quickly

Had a large set of documents printed, which were completed super quickly (sent at 9pm, advised they were ready just before shop opened!). Helpful staff, quality print. Will use again!

I am writing to express my…

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received today ryman plymouth city center.
I was waiting at the counter to have some documents printed. The staff member started assisting me, but then repeatedly left to serve other customers at the till due to being short-staffed. Although they returned and attempted to continue my order, they left again to help others who were waiting. As a result, my service was significantly delayed.
I chose not to complain at the time, but I eventually had to leave without completing my printing because I was running late for my son’s GP appointment.
I understand that staffing issues can occur, but this experience felt very disruptive and disrespectful to customers who are waiting their turn.

We used DHL services at the Sauchiehall…

We used DHL services at the Sauchiehall Street store on May 16 assisted by two fanstasitc staff - Anna and Madalene help us send items beck to the US so we could travel to Italy without our Scotland wool clothes Both staffers we well informed about the process and courtesous durinng the process to make sure the documents were filled out correctly.The were also a lot of fun to work with two two ransdon Canadian! Highly recommend the store and both staffers!

I visited Ryman Stationery to print a few things and had a really good experience. The person who served me, Iga, was very helpful, friendly, and made everything quick and easy. Great customer service overall — definitely recommend!

Really easy process

Really easy process. Chose exactly what I wanted on website, placed my order and received an email as soon as my order was ready to collect. No charge for click and collect deliveries and staff in store very helpful so no complaints.

We used the shredding service

We used the shredding service. Excellent. And a good price too. All certificated as we had confidential stuff. Shredding done at the house - outside in a huge shredding vehicle- and a certificate sent a few days later reassuring us of safe and secure disposal. The Ryman customer services were a great help when ordering. The shredding alliance company were very contactable when organising the day. With good updates and two lovely men who came. All very quick and seamless.
