The first parcel was dropped by Royal…

The first parcel was dropped by Royal Mail which agreeably wasn't Brain's fault. However, I was assured that a replacement delivery would be sent overnight to arrive in time for Father's Day. It was a Father's Day promotion! It eventually arrived on Tuesday, three days later than expected.

Your use of parcelforce really put a downer on my experience. Either you were misinforming me or they were lying. I will think twice before ordering again. Due to late delivery I had to source beer from elsewhere otherwise our celebration would have been ruined
