Exemplary customer service. I phoned this company twice for advice prior to ordering cushions for our Ercol Jubilee 3 seater sofa and spoke to Joe who was very knowledgeable and helpful. From ordering to receiving my seat cushion the customer service was great. They didn’t have the material I wanted and sent out swatches the same day. Once ordered the cushion arrived within days.

I called up with a query and ended up purchasing the foam seat for an Ercol daybed. I even had a call in the late afternoon to say it has been dispatched and the tracking number was given. Everyone I was in contact with was lovely.

Safefoam have recently made me new cushions for my seven assorted Ercol chairs. I was given helpful advice over the phone and I was able to place the order via email. Communication was excellent throughout and I was notified when the cushions had been despatched. They are beautifully made and covered with my choice of fabrics from Ross. My chairs are transformed. When I discovered that I needed two additional studs, Joe at Safefoam sent me those too. Safefoam is a company that knows what it is doing and that wants you to be fully satisfied with their products. Quality is never cheap but their prices are very reasonable and very much more affordable than Ercol would be.

The company were helpful and friendly to deal with and quickly responded to requests for samples via email of fabric and a quote for the cushions and covers. I placed the order by phone.

So pleased with my cushion for my Ercol Grandfather Rocking Chair

I have used safe foam a number of times since the 1990s and have found their customer service to be second to none on every occasion. This timeI phoned and spoke to Bob who was so lovely to deal with and within 2 days I had my new product. They are flexible and reliable and their products are of very high quality. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Safefoam were really helpful at every step of the way with the rehabilitation of a lovely old Ercol sofa. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were even provided with a couple of scatter cushion covers made from the spare material. It's not often you get this level of personalised and super-helpful service these days. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
