Delighted with my cushions for my Evergreen Ercol sofa. A great choice of fabrics and really quick delivery. So helpful on the phone and by e mail. The place to go for your treasured Ercol.

Service second to none! Phoned Tuesday, arranged to visit the next day, today. Arrived at 10.30, met Joe and one of the ladies. Discussed sizes and colours , looked in the stock room , and had lots of choices!! All arranged, all done without fuss. Two week timescale advised, until..within half an hour of leaving, one phone call later.. Joe said, "You can have them this afternoon if you are can call back by 3" lucky for us we were still near by. What a service. Excellent product, fits beautifully, looks amazing. Met the other lady at 3 with Joe, what a team.

Good old fashioned service.

Our replacement Ercol daybed are brilliant. The material is extremely good. The parcel arrived and was ‘bulletproof”. The fit was better than the original measurements which allowed the back cushions to fall forward. The replacement is a really good fit. They have done their homework. A proper firm with high standards. They will be my go-to firm for future cushions.

We found Safefoam to be a delight to work with - helpful, efficient and diligent in every respect. The seat cushions for our late 15th century pews fit perfectly, look right and are really comfortable as well as being delivered on time. The price, too, was less than we had budgeted for. We highly recommend Safefoam.

I would give Safefoam more stars if it was possible! . This is the 2nd time I have used them and once again they have delivered an exceptional service. I previously had 2 seater cushions for my ercol sofa but had recently acquired a 3 seater . Instead of starting from scratch with a new set of covers ( the 3 seater cushions are smaller than the 2) I asked them if they could make a smaller middle cushion and cover it with the same fabric. No easy feat as the material I had has a repeat pattern. True to form Joe shared his expertise with me and kept in touch all the way. The process was effortless and I received the cushions within a couple of weeks ( they even enclosed a scatter cushion without me ordering one! ) Their sewer did a fantastic job of pattern matching and the finish is excellent quality . I am so delighted with my cushions once again . I highly recommend Safefoam!

Replacement cushions for my ercol dining room chairs. They were perfect, exactly what I wanted. Information by email and telephone conversations was brilliant. They were ordered on the 3rd March and arrived on the 21st, fantastic service. Would highly recommend.

I ordered new inners for my Ercol Renaissance chair. All enquiries were handled quickly and ordering was easy. My cushions were returned very quickly and are wonderful. I will be ordering another set for another chair soon. I highly recommend this company.

Had great communication with Safefoam about options, costs etc for new cushions and covers. Delivery was swift and items were packed really well. Very pleased with product and company.
Royal Mail however left the items on my doorstep (covered but still open and visible) and claimed the packages had been signed for. Pleased they were still there when I arrived home.

I ordered some replacement foam fillings for my Ercol suite. I found that all queries were answered promptly and honestly. I asked various questions on the options available and all were answered promptly in a straight forward manner. The service was good and order was delivered quickly and exactly as promised.

Really happy with the correspondence from the team at safefoam. My new cushions were made really quickly and they look lovely! I used fabric if bought elsewhere and they checked with me regarding the pattern before they cut it. Fantastic service!
