Chubbsafes FIRE 25K Key Lock Security Fire Safe.
First class safe everything I wanted I was amazed at the quality. My concern was the possibility of fire damage that's why I went for the key system no plastic to burn in the event of fire. Well chuffed with my buy.

Not what i expected
Ordered a safe and was told it was not in stock after paying for it. Offered a replacement which was more in cost that they agreed to exchange with no extra costs. Then invoiced for the extra costs. Delivery address wrong on invoice and instructions only in deutsch.

Very easy to order online, electronic communication was excellent, goods arrived on the date they were supposed to - good comms from carrier as well. Would recommend and would buy again.

From accessing Safeoption's website to the delivery of my safe, the process was smooth and professional. I was kept fully informed of the status of my order and the whole process from placing my order to delivery, was completed within 3 days. I knew exactly when my safe would be delivered. Exactly what it says on the tin
Delivered promptly. Easy to set up with security code. Easy to bolt to wall. ***One major point. The battery pack kept falling out of its slot; once pulling all the contacts with it. Have taped it up securely and it's now OK, but it shouldn't really have happened.

As you should not need to access the battery pack very often, hopefully this will not be a major problem, but we agree that this pack should be loose, especially if it pulls on the contacts which could disconnect them.
