First class professional and, for a novice in these matters, very helpful and friendly service. The item purchased arrived the morning after I had ordered.

Were quick to apologise and inform me they did not have enought stock for my order, but gave me options on if I would like a part order or cancel if required. Order was fully delivered within the week. I am very happy with the service provided and how a slight issue was efficiently dealt with.

Got exactly what I wanted. Was really easy to order individual replacement locker keys using the website. Arrived on time and was a good price. Couldn't fault the service from safe options.

Website is easy to use & the range is huge. I picked a safe out and ordered it. Delivery was prompt and it seemed well wrapped. Upon opening it I found that 2 corners (of the thinner upper section) were damaged.

Company confirmed to me it wasn't an issue (which was obvious but it's nice to be re-assured) and offered a return or a partial refund. I took the refund & once all agreed I hammered the metal roughly flat & will repaint in due course. Great service overall.

After an email to ascertain whether the keys were in stock, I placed my order. As it was 23rd December, I wasn't expecting anything until near new year, but to my surprise, my keys were delivered next day.

Good wee safe, holds three safe type keys, though I had to stick some Blu tack to hold them in place, otherwise I couldn't get the front closed properly. If you were using Yale type keys that are flat, there wouldn't be any problems. A very good buy.
