Great service quick delivery

The guys in Safe Options helped me every step of the way and were very knowledgeable, efficient and flexible. I had to change my initial order at about 2pm but it all went smoothly and managed to have my safe delivered next day. Could not ask for more really. Highly recommended!

First rate customer service - unfortunately they were let down by the delivery company who failed to deliver (because they ran out of time) but then didn't bother trying to deliver for the next 2 days - only when prompted did they reschedule delivery. Delivery was of only 1 not 2 parcels ordered, so the company sent another one out immediately when notified by me for next day delivery rather than attempt to find the missing item at the delivery company - so they made sure I was happy and then had to sort out the problem themselves - very customer centric.

Advice provided by Safe Options prior to purchase was very helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately the wrong size safe was initially supplied by Burton.
Safe Options sorted out the return and supply of the correct size safe with no hassle.

Purchasing the safe was efficient and easy. All paperwork swiftly sent through. There were a few delivery and installation challenges and to actually arrange to get the safe delivered and in place was more difficult than I expected. I think Safe Option use third parties to install and only with their help did we finally get an installation date sorted. So this part of the process wasn't slick. Having said that the installation was well done and professionally carried out. I would use Safe Option again should the need arise.

As no one was at the delivery site when the driver arrived he phoned the billing address and the heavy item was delivered there instead. This was a much preferred alternative to returning the item back to the warehouse.

Safe took 11 days to be delivered when quoted on site next working day which was poor, and when turned up was broken. On a positive they have arranged an engineer to visit and did react to the damaged product. I guess I was unlucky and the problem is being fixed.
Updated as had an engineer round for 6 hours and can't fix safe so awaiting a refund will update ti confirm I get it.

After weeks of searching for a church alms box of the right size I found a wall deposit box of the right size and cost on the Safe Options website. It was delivered remarkably quickly and I am extremely pleased with the quality and finish of the safe and the overall service I received.
