Safe PC disposal provide a friendly, efficient service. They came and collected a bunch of old hardware. I would highly recommend them!

Have used these guys for several years to dispose of IT equipment at work - all but one time, they've arrived when they said they would and collected the equipment without issue.

Drivers are friendly and helpful and staff reply to emails extremely quickly.

We have used SafePC before but many years ago. I can honestly say we will not use anyone else. The service received is efficient with continued support and communication, particularly from Aafreen and very prompt collection. I was not at the office on collection day however my colleagues advised the chap was also most pleasant. A great experience all round and competitive pricing!

I have used Safe PC several times now. On each occasion they have been quick to reply to my enquiry, offer a prompt collection date and have arrived exactly on time. The service is then friendly and efficient, followed up by accurate and detailed paperwork.

I ordered a gaming PC for Christmas for my daughter. It did not arrive when it said it would and communication/tracking of the item was poor. When it did finally arrive and I opened everything I found it was not as described. The keyboard was old and dirty, there was also missing cables. After finding some cables to get it all up and running to check it works we found there were errors and the system would not load and faulty parts. I was really disappointed. I know your buying a refurbished item but this was not the standard I expected for the amount I had paid and what the website had claimed. I tried to call but no one answers the phone so had to email to raise my concerns. The email response was fairly quick but not really addressing the issues saying they will talk me through how to get around it (I wanted a working pc not something faulty which would always have errors) so I requested a refund via paypal. They did send me a returns label and I eventually got my refund but it took over a month and wasn't a great experience. I've learnt my lesson to buy new from buigger companies even though it may cost more.

Faulty product because they didn't check it worked on a docking station. Tried to blame it on the docking station with a lie about compatability. Also ignored several attempts to contact them until I suggested I'd give them a bad review.

Although the item ordered was exactly what I was looking for and the price was great, the customer service was not.
Having paid for next day delivery strangely enough I expected to receive it the next day sadly I did not, so after 6 days I called to check when I would receive said item, as it was still not with me, (I had given them a fair bit of leeway due to covid) I was told categorically it would arrive on Thursday, again it did not, in fact it actually arrived the following Monday, having only been posted on the Thursday.
So to clarify It was ordered on the 12th of Nov and finally received on the 23rd November, but only after calling x3 times.
This was extremely annoying having paid for next day delivery, it did not arrive in time for my Son's birthday, so an over all very shoddy service with not even a hint of an apology or explanation as to why it took so long, each time I phoned, so I personally shall not be using them again and would advise others to make sure they order in plenty of time and not to be swayed by the next day delivery.

The laptop works fine and the customer service was personal. The process took longer than I expected and the description of the condition of the laptop overlooked a fairly deep dent at the corner of the keyboard. It's a pity the battery wasn't replaced, even with a reconditioned one, as its life is not very good, (perhaps Apple can be blamed for that in part) but I am glad to have a replacement and hope it will continue to work well.

My mac was in excellent condition and work fine!

The computer itself was fine but the delivery service was appalling. As expected, the computer (desktop model) was packed securely in a large box within an even larger box. As I am an elderly woman living on the 3rd floor, no lift, I alerted the delivery company and asked if it could be delivered to my fla.I was assured that would be the case. However, the delivery driver left it in the common hallway just inside the main front door on the ground floor of the building, not a safe place as anyone could have taken it. I reported this to the delivery company who said 'sorry' but did not sound as though they meant it! I personally will not make any future purchase from a company that uses this delivery service.

Very good costumer service. There was an issue with the first item they’ve sent me, but was quickly resolved and I was sent a later model. Very happy

Really good service, Apple TV was initially corrupted but replaced quickly and painlessly at no expense as courier organised and paid for by vendor.
