I purchased a desktop as a Christmas present.
Having started to experience issues with it, I took it back to them and they addressed the issue while I waited. First class service resulting in a happy child for half term:-)

People are happy with their service... This shocks me. I assume its because the are not purchasing any goods. They retail on all broken and unusable stock to their associates in 'Mac4Sale', Technocart and console killer. I will admit their website user interface makes it very easy to navigate on all 4 websites, I do enjoy ease into wasting my money.

Avoid them at all costs, their phone must be hidden under lock and key as it is never answered, they wont reply to your email for help unless they receive something for it, they will attempt to charge you for anything possible. My friend who had the misfortune of purchasing from them at the same time as I has looked into the prospects of a fraud investigation. As this enquiry began, the money was suddenly refunded in full and they dropped all attempted charges. Almost seems too good to be true, but as in most cases it is.

Do not use. Do not associate. Previous business of their have dissolved as you imagine, due to fraud. Looking back through their accounts, a sudden dramatic increase in profit with no increase in sales shows their lack of care. Reusing only damaged goods is not a good business model. Call me for advice.

Very good service, quick and cost effective. Fully licenced for the disposal we needed to do.

I have been dealing with Safe PC Disposal for a few years now and they have always been very flexible and accommodating and professional.
Gemma has always been excellent in keeping me informed of whether there is a collection in my area and providing me with reminders when I have asked her to.

My account handler Gemma was amazing to work with , extreemley helpful and polite and always willing to go the extra to make sure our needs were met as well as giving us great followup information and timley responses, making us feel valued as a repeat customer.

We have used this company on a number of occasions and I have no hesitation in recommending their work or ethics when I have had any dealings with them. They are friendly and customer focused with the necessary IT skills to give assistance when needed.

I have used Safe PC Disposal on numerous occasions and always found the management and staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Turn around time for repairs is very good and where possible they try to keep to a same day service. I have always found their pricing to be fair and follow-up has been good.

I can only say "Job well done guys" I saw the laptop i wanted payed easily on paypal, got full up date on where the order was in relation to delivery and it arrived on my doorstep when expected, ok they didn't have the original item i required but supplied me with the next upgrade at no extra cost. I will use again recommend to friends and family, thanks guys.

Good and prompt service but title of items could be deceiving.
Also the system allowed me to pay for next day Saturday delivery even though I have selected an upgrade that needed an extra day of work. Service was good and everything was explained over the phone but website should be improved to avoid misunderstandings.

Excellent customer service replied very promptly to questions I asked and did all the upgrades to the lap top I purchased I requested. Good delivery and also able to track it. Brilliant.
