Despite ordering on the 20/12/22, my order has yet to be processed and will unlikely be processed until 4th January 2023.
I’ve received no communication from the company that they were not processing orders during the run-up to Christmas, nor was this made aware at the point of ordering. Poor communication and expectations management.
Follow-up from MD- my own incompetent eyesight appears to have let me down….cracking service from them again. Happy New Year Kevin.
