No customer service follow up
Ordered one evening, but following an enquiry I had made that afternoon, I learned that the product was unsuitable for my needs. First thing in the morning I tried to cancel my order. Replied to the email I’d received from customer services. Emailed the website plus a woman who asked about my buying experience. Nobody replied. I have a useless product that with the exorbitant FedX delivery was nearly £20! One star for the quick response to my initial enquiry, but no follow up was appalling.

I can see you placed an order for 1 roll of anti-slip tape on the 7/11 (in the evening) this was shipped on 8th and delivered on the 9th. You did email on the morning of the 8th asking a question about the intended application and we advised it wasn't suitable. You didn't mention in the email exchange that you had already placed and order and I believe it's not realistic to think we would automatically know this. We didn't receive any other contact from you until you posted your review. You are welcome to return the item to us, where upon receipt back you'll be refunded for the product and your original delivery charge, so I'm not enitrely sure how this adds up to appalling service. You ordered something, it's not suitable, so please send it back for a refund - Best wishes, Kevin Rowe
