Ordered this after another company let us down and took our money but was out of stock for over a month. After eventually getting a refund I rang SafetyBuyer to confirm they had the item in stock. They did and it was cheaper than the other company. I ordered and it was delivered the next day.

Excellent customer support experience. I had trouble with the payment system on the website, ended up paying twice. Kevin got in touch with me very quickly and found a way to quickly resolve it.
I bought the first aid kit sets, look very professional and have simplified the stock checking of these items too.

FIRST AID & EYE WASH STATION
This was our first order with Safetybuyer.com, there were several items and it was of substantial value. 1 of the items was delivered wrong and of a much cheaper value, it was replaced immediately with what was ordered, unfortunately when it arrived it had leaked, (not Safetybuyers fault), but again it was replaced. It was unfortunate that we had several hiccups with our order but the speed and efficiency to rectify the problems was brilliant. Great customer service and very easy to talk to. I would have given 5* but for the wrong item delivered. Would definitely order from Safetybuyer.com again and definitely recommend them

The order process is easy user but more importantly the customer service & aftercare is explementary, I have now on 3 different orders gone to Safety Buyer with my specific requirements & designs and these have been accommodated and developed and my end users / internal customers are extremely happy due to the service I had from Safety Buyer Team, I need to mention that 1 particular individual Gareth in Sales has been a superstar and he along with the quality of the products is the reason why I will keep going back to Safety Buyer, who were recommended to me by a colleague who had also had a similar customer experience with Safety Buyer, they get my 5 Star Rating
