Excellent customer service and products
First time using this company and I am so impressed. Customer Service was fantastic and my 16 barriers arrived the next day. They are sturdy, very easy to assemble and at a very competitive cost.
Will use again and I highly recommend them.

Awful service. Two weeks later, I am still waiting to receive the product I ordered.
PS. This company is truly awful, beyond anything I have had the misfortune to encounter before - ignorant, ineffective, inept, and contract breaking. To be avoided.

If you had been contactable at an earlier stage and been helpful in providing location specifics, we may have been able to work with you to find a delivery solution.
I have refunded your order in full as I'm not wasting any further energy, with the most likely outcome that you continue to be abusive to my employees. (proof of refund has been emailed to you)
There is no need to be so aggressive and vindictive for any reason, let alone for a relatively small amount of inconvenience - caused by you not being contactable by both ourselves and the transport company.
My regret in this matter is that a member of my team continued to try and work through your appalling behaviour, rather than immediately cancelling your order.
