Over and above after sales customer service
I recently had to make a warranty claim on an electronic device I bought through Sailingfast - Duncan and Emma stayed in the loop and accelerated the process and as soon as my unit was pronounced dead they dispatched a new one for next day delivery - totally brilliant service cant recommend highly enough !
