This company is simply first class. The industry as a whole can be shocking when it comes to doing things quickly but Sailingfast show how it should be done. Duncan may always be on the road delivering boats but Emma and the team back at base are all over the customer service. Highly recommended.

Great customer service
I ordered the Black Project Tempo x paddle in June, due to supply issues delivery was delayed. Emma was lovely and kept me updated throughout. I was also offered an upgrade to the hydroflow X which I felt was a kind gesture.
It arrived today and I love it...can't wait to try it out. Thank you!
