Saker Mini Saw

Although it takes time for the order to arrive the service is exceptional , I originally ordered the wrong size item but the speed and efficiency in resolving my problem was second to none. The original saw I bought has proven to be extremely useful and is still going strong.

Great Customer Service Response

I had bought a couple of things from Saker previously, and they were, and continue to be great.

I decided to order the cordless spray gun, which will be ideal for the fence in my large garden (no need for leads).

A problem with the online ordering (offers appearing after you have put payment details in, but before they have been processed) meant that my order was actually duplicated.

I immediately emailed Customer Services and put an IM on FaceBook. Saker came back very quickly, and are crediting my card account back with th cost of the duplicated item.

Great service, and I'm looking forward to receiving (one!) spraygun shortly.

I ordered a brushcutter from Sakertool

I ordered a brushcutter from Sakertool. When it arrived it was much smaller than I thought and would not be suitable for the garden I have. I emailled Sakertool to ask if I could return it. They responded within 48 hours and kindly offered me a full refund. I have to say a big thank you for their professional and quick response. I would recommend.

Muddy Mats

I purchased a Sakerplus® Muddy Mats For Dogs Indoor Area Rug, within a few weeks the binding around the edges came unstitched in several places. I have twice emailed and received no response, very bad quality and very bad customer service.

Awful awful awful customer service

Awful awful awful customer service.
Refund for STOOUK-225507
I have sent multiple emails / spoken to their BOT multiple times to get them to give me their address to return the battery I bought thinking it would fit their 6”mini chainsaw.
They say they will send it via email and within their 12 hour service level agreement but I get nothing. This has gone on for over a week and I truly believe they hope I will just go away.
What I also find amazing is they say they don’t have any batteries for the product which is crazy as it came with 2 batteries of which one will not charge.

Update - 2 days later.
Still had no contact from Sakertool as promised below.
Buy at your peril

Tried to contact customer service team…

Tried to contact customer service team to arrange return of our order (they promise at 12 hr response time) a week later still no reply! And it all has to be communicated via email for online orders. Obviously have chased up within this week too.
Messaged the company again and issue has been resolved within a few minutes so thanks for sorting.
