Refund for STOOUK-225507
I have sent multiple emails / spoken to their BOT multiple times to get them to give me their address to return the battery I bought thinking it would fit their 6”mini chainsaw.
They say they will send it via email and within their 12 hour service level agreement but I get nothing. This has gone on for over a week and I truly believe they hope I will just go away.
What I also find amazing is they say they don’t have any batteries for the product which is crazy as it came with 2 batteries of which one will not charge.
Update - 2 days later.
Still had no contact from Sakertool as promised below.

Tried to contact customer service team to arrange return of our order (they promise at 12 hr response time) a week later still no reply! And it all has to be communicated via email for online orders. Obviously have chased up within this week too.
Messaged the company again and issue has been resolved within a few minutes so thanks for sorting.

First mini saw broke after less than a few weeks but was replaced without issue.
The replacement which is now 18mknths old or so has done the same thing, cant even cut a 1" branch without thermal tripping.
Spend a little more and buy something that will last.

Purchased on Amazon, but not used until 5 weeks later owing to project coordination, so Amazon return not possible.
4-in-1 ruler right angle sliding connection is out of tolerance so the two parts cannot be joined rendering the tool unusable.
As with many reviews the claimed excellent customer service is non- existent. The phone contact is a bot and the 12-hour response to emails still hasn’t arrived after a week of waiting!
Never mind the lack of Uk tax receipts for online sales from China, this company (and others) should be banned from doing business in the Uk if they ignore their service and warranty obligations under Uk consumer legislation.
Perhaps words like dishonest, sham, illegal, unacceptable, obligation and embarrassment are not available in this company’s Chinese/English translation software!!!!!!!
Avoid if you don’t want to be disappointed.

I purchased a router hinge jig. The jig is well make but is absolutely useless. You cannot adjust the width of the rebate cut so for uk hinges 75mm hinges the rebate need to be 22mm wide. The jig cuts a rebate that is almost 32mm wide. There is no option to leave a review directly from the Saker website. Don’t waste your money.
Update: after leaving initial review Saker contacted me and offered me a full refund. Product not suitable this time but customer service was fantastic. Thanks Saker

I thought this company was based in the UK in Staffordshire, WS11 8AA to be exact as shown on their website, that right there is the 1st DECEPTION. Instead my tracking number and order was dispatched from CHINA with my order received 12 days later with items missing, and my order incomplete. On the website it states that they will reply to our emails within 12 hours I emailed Saker it's been over 12hrs and I still have not had a reply back, for them to rectify my order. This company is basically like Temu selling all items that have been on the market for a while. I thought saker were the creator of their products which was why I ordered from them, if I'd known this beforehand I would have just purchased the same product from Amazon and I would have received it in 2 days and received more than I had received, from this company.

AVOID SAKERTOOL!!! Just another Chinese scam company. Products Take weeks to arrive and superficially look very impressive. BUT…….I bought a digital spirit level which completely died after two months. Emailed customer service to ask how I could return it and received a very polite blanket note from a bot asking me to tell them would I prefer a return for refund or exchange. Emailed back five times to no response. Dont be fooled by their .co.uk customer service email address on their website - its in china and no human looks at it. Likewise the London number for their customer service team to call on their website is a bot not a human and you cant leave messages. Total scammers - do not buy from this company

I contacted them to ask if there was any obvious faults that I could try to rectify my dead but only 7 month old 4" mini chain saw. No reply.
I decided to take it apart myself rather than bin it. Found the battery connections had not been soldered properly. I used crimps instead. Works like a dream.

I have both the steamer and jewellery cleaner. The jewellery cleaner blew my mind. My rings and watch straps and even my glasses are like new. Brilliant item and would highly recommend. I’m using the steamer a lot and it’s bought my cooker up a treat. Looks brand new and it’s over 5 years old. Bathroom is sparkling and even the hot tub has been given a new lease of life.

Advised them of a faulty blower. Thought I had a positive response promising me a refund. 1 month later no refund received and they no longer respond to e mails.
Steer clear!
Finally got a reply but found to be a waste of time. In simple they offer you a refund, tell you that it’s been sent. You wait a month without a refund. Sent 6 e mails with no reply then on the 7th told it has now been sorted. 2 months on, no refund and again no response to e mails.
Be wary of goods quality and after sales service is my advice!

Saker made contact after my review, told me that they had sent a refund to me, once again they didn’t!! As soon as you ask for proof of refund they go back into
hiding.
Latest update. Once again promised a refund had been sent! Sadly another lie and company has gone into hiding again.

I purchased a eye massage product and I more than unhappy with the item.
I have emailed numerous times for a refund, all I get is a email telling me to submit the order number and then they will take me through the next steps.
This hasn't happened.
Do not buy from this company!!!
Im out of pocket now £40 ..

Tracking info didn’t work raised another complaint with payment company and e mailed company replied saying due to being busy item was sent yesterday with the same tracking wait another 7-15 days .
