NON STARTER!!!!! On 22/02/2026 Saker took a payment from my bank account for a jump starter I'd ordered. It is now 09/03/2026 and there's still no sign of the item arriving. Their 'tracking' system sucks! I get the feeling they don't have any stock in UK and only place your order from an overseas company when they have enough orders of said items. I will never order from this company again.
UPDATE TO ABOVE REVIEW.
Shortly after the above review I was contacted privately by Saker by email wherein they apologised for their failure to complete delivery of my order. They also advised me that a full refund was being prosessed and would appear in my bank account within 3 days. I have now received a full refund for which I thank them. They also stated that if the item I ordered arrives in the meantime I can keep it free of charge. That proves my statement, "Their tracking system sucks" if THEY don't know where the item is it doesn't provide much hope for customers!!! On the other hand, they may well know where it is, or isn't, so can safely say I can keep it free of charge IF it arrives. Personally, I don't expect to see the item and will be looking elsewhere for a jump starter. IF, however, I do receive it....watch this space. Once again, thank you, Saker, for the quick full refund.

Ordered a present for christmas, it arrived late, i emailed them even before it arrived to cancel order. it still arrived. I have emailed numerous times asking for details to return item. Very very bad customer service. I am still waiting to return this for a full refund

I bought the digital inclometer and straight out of the package the levels were completely off by quite a fair way, if I was to lay the digital inclometer so it would show absolutely level it was visually way out and if I lay it on top of a bubble level the bubble would be as far to the side as it would go..
This would be the same even in absolute zero mode!
I sent a few emails to the company asking for a fix but no reply and then multiple emails asking for a refund if they are unable to give me a fix for the issue but yet again not a single reply!!
This is an appalling company who couldn't give a damn about the people who have already given them their hard earned money..
I received this item on 16th January 26 and its now 4th March!!
I would urge anyone to steer clear of this company

I placed an order for a steam cleaner. The money has been taken out of my account but I haven’t received an order number nor have I received the steamer. Customer service doesn’t seem to exist I just get an automated email response. Beware of ads on Facebook.

Ordered two "smart camera's" on-line with a 40% discount. Did not receive any email to confirm my purchase but payment was taken from my card. A few days later I received a package containing 2 metal "clips" with nothing on or in the packaging to say what they are or where they are from?
Yesterday I received another package containing the camera's but checked my account to see that another substantial charge had been made. I've been in touch with their customer services but a complete waste of time.

I ordered 2 security cameras on facebook . The offer was 2 for the price of one. I checked to be sure this was correct. On delivery I received one. I reported this and Customer Services said they would look into this. After 6 or so contacts they have never answered.I received the camera on 19/12/25. It is also very difficult to to set up. I still haven’t managed this. £30+ wasted. Worst company ever, Don’t Buy!

I was happy with the device before this episode. It felt robust enough and certainly did the job. I felt sales support were very dismissive and things, particularly at this price point, should be repairable.

I placed an order 4 weeks ago for a Steam Cleaner, the money left my account the same day .
4 weeks on , several email chase ups to "Customer Servies" requesting updates or my money returned .... and still nothing
