Nice easy and quick

I’ve been using Salary Finance through my employer and overall I’ve found it to be a helpful financial benefit.

The service is straightforward to access and the application process is simple and quick. It’s been useful for managing short-term financial needs, and having it available through work makes it more convenient than going through traditional lenders.

Customer support has been responsive when I’ve had questions, and everything has been clearly explained.

I have used the salary advance facility several times and have always had a positive experience. The application process is quick and straightforward, and once a request is submitted, Salary Finance responds promptly. The funds are usually transferred into my account in a very short time. Their interest rates are also highly competitive, making the service an excellent option for short-term financial support.

However, my experience has been different when it comes to applying for a loan. Salary Finance’s eligibility criteria require applicants to have lived in the UK for at least three years, which makes it difficult for many people who are in stable, full-time employment but have not yet reached that threshold.

I would encourage Salary Finance to review this policy and consider reducing the residency requirement to at least two years. This would allow more hardworking, employed individuals to access financial support while still maintaining responsible lending practices.

Genuine waste of my time. I applied for a loan amount, then got a response saying muy details didnt match with employer. I left it a few months tried again and reocieved a response for a customer offer much lower than i asked for. I agreed to it, not theyre asking for bank statement ect. Process isnt as smooth and as quick of uour getting an actual loan complete waste of my time iv managed to secure the actual amount i wanted elsewhere so domt be fooled by these maybe works well for most but if like me you expected them to be better than other peoviders

I am currently working as a Store Manager at Morrisons Daily since November 2024. The last time I applied for a £5,000 loan, I was only offered £500. When I spoke with the helpline, they informed me that due to my credit score, they could not offer more than £500. However, they advised me that once I had fully repaid my existing loan, I could apply again for £5,000.

Yesterday, I applied for a £5,000 loan again, but this time I was only offered £250. This is a very disappointing situation. For more than a year, I have wanted to renovate my house, but due to limited financial resources, I have been unable to afford it.

Despite being a permanent employee at Morrisons Daily, my loan application has not been approved for the amount I need. I would appreciate it if my application could be reviewed again, taking into account my stable employment and repayment history.

Always great to know that its there if needed and a couple of times it has help me get by. Absolutely love knowing I have a safety cushion if needed.

The whole application process is very easy and straightforward. The decision was made in few minutes and the money was in my account as soon as I’ve signed and submitted the application form.
What I like the most of this loan is that money get taken straight from my salary on payday.
