I am currently working as a Store Manager at Morrisons Daily since November 2024. The last time I applied for a £5,000 loan, I was only offered £500. When I spoke with the helpline, they informed me that due to my credit score, they could not offer more than £500. However, they advised me that once I had fully repaid my existing loan, I could apply again for £5,000.

Yesterday, I applied for a £5,000 loan again, but this time I was only offered £250. This is a very disappointing situation. For more than a year, I have wanted to renovate my house, but due to limited financial resources, I have been unable to afford it.

Despite being a permanent employee at Morrisons Daily, my loan application has not been approved for the amount I need. I would appreciate it if my application could be reviewed again, taking into account my stable employment and repayment history.

Always great to know that its there if needed and a couple of times it has help me get by. Absolutely love knowing I have a safety cushion if needed.

The whole application process is very easy and straightforward. The decision was made in few minutes and the money was in my account as soon as I’ve signed and submitted the application form.
What I like the most of this loan is that money get taken straight from my salary on payday.

Had a bit of issue getting on it but once I did partly my fault couldn’t get on it was quick and easy.
Took 5 mins they said funds be in my bank by 22 June they were in my account 10 mins later.
A life saver only used it once before .

I work at Sainsbury’s and I have found salary finance so helpful when unexpected expenses come up. I thought it was quick and easy to set up , your credit score is not affected due to it just being taken straight out of your next pay check when you use advance. I think more employers should have this accessible to all employees.

it's very useful and supportive when you need it. easy and fast to use it. have it in my toolbox.

What it does it does well in terms of being simple to use and quick to pay out. However I was very surprised at how uncompetive it's products were. Loan rates offered were above market rates which was surprising given the work place is acting as a garantor. Also used the salary advance product which surprisingly doesn't pay all earnt income up to the point of application and just a percentage which limits usefulness as you can only really apply at the end of the month. UX is fine but did experience needing different log ins for different products at one point. So a mixed bag . Would like to see them work on how useful they are and be more competitive. Also a greater selection of salary sacrifice products would be useful. Overall verdict is could do better.
