So firstly I paid for next day delivery…
So firstly I paid for next day delivery 49.99 and it wasn't shipped. I called them 2 working days later and this was rectified and I was offered a refund for the delivery. However they only sent me back 10 pounds. Then when it finally did come 2 days after I called the order is delivered on a pallet rather than in boxes. As someone with physical disabilities this made it impossible for me to get the boards into my home and I ended up having to ring someone else to come and help and hope they didn't get stolen whilst waiting. The man who delivered them couldn't care less about trying to help just wanted to leave them there and go. Poor delivery service and poor refund service after they messed up. The only thing that I can say was good was that I recieved the correct order eventually and the lady who I spoke to from customer services was very nice on the phone. I will never order from this company again though.

Found the website ease to use, so quick to order, delivery was in two day, all very good, the only thing I would say is, delivery was a standard price, only wanted one pack, because of damage to area off the floor, still had to pay for a full order price

Tiles were damaged in transit , obviously nothing to do with the supplier, but absolutely first class response even over the weekend , replacements sent and delivered, would definitely recommend this company to anyone
