❌❌❌ BUYER BEWARE !! AVOID THIS SELLER (SALESBAY/'ALVIN WANG'/CATCH OF THE DAY) AT ALL COSTS. This is a cheating Chinese company. They advertise a 5 seater sofa on Facebook Marketplace, as soon as we made the payment and sent them the screenshot of bank transfer, they deleted the ads and disappeared. They lied to us by saying that the stock will be available in 2 days, therefore we made the payment, but actually they never have the stock in the warehouse. We chased them and they asked us to wait for 2-3 months instead. The price on the Ads was $449 including Free delivery within 20kms from Thomastown. We stay in Werribee so we paid $479 as they asked. However, after we made the payment of $479, they asked us to pay for another $86.50 for delivery ! They put our order on hold and never processed our order, despite that we informed them that we can arrange for an own pick-up. Customer service and owners are nasty people to deal with. They lied and lied continuously. They are all Chinese. It was the worst experience of my life to buy things from this Salesbay company. Wish I could rate 0 star instead of 1 star. I don't know why a scamming company like this exists. Please do not buy anything from this company. It was such a nightmare experience ❌❌❌.

AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS. They have NO product quality assurance or concept of customer service and delivery DAMAGED INFERIOR products and then you have a FIGHT on your hands in trying to get your money back. They should not be allowed to operate. They sell their products on EBAY, Catch of the Day, Deal of the Day to name a few.
My story begins when I purchased one of their products on 15th July on EBAY. I received the product damaged. They then sent replacement parts which was delivered on 14th Aug which took over 3 weeks to deliver even though I requested a refund.
Mind you they actually asked that I travel over 50km each way during COVID stage 3 lockdown in Melbourne where I could have been fined over $1600 by breaching lockdown rules.
There was no notifications from their courier service Hunter Express that either delivery was coming and they left the delivery in clear site in the open and not in a safe place. Needless to say the replacement parts where also damaged.
After several email exchanges, the seller than offered a 50% refund and I could keep the product. What am I to do with a damaged product and flatly refused asking for a full refund. They then offered a refund on the condition I remove my feedback. After contacting Ebay customer service and informing them of their business practices eBay advised me they can not request that.
So now I’m waiting for my refund via eBays Buyer Protection policy and in the meantime I would like to make other buyers aware of the practises of this company and their refusal to give me a refund for damaged products received.
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER, you will be spending months in trying to get your refund. These guys need to be reported to Consumer Affairs Victoria and Victoria Police for suggesting people breach COVID-19 lockdown rules.

I gave this company 1 star but really they don’t deserve that! My partner has bought an item of furniture which was delivered damaged. After a month chasing them up they sent replacement piece also damaged. They have avoided paying her a refund, and are asking her to change negative reviews to provide this.
PLEASE AVOID this company Salesbay at all costs, as we will now be seeking advice via Consumer Affairs Vic and informing eBay of their practices.

In the day all I can say about this company is WARNING DONT USE THEM.
I brought a lounge from my deals the lounge was from Salesbay i won’t get into the cost of this and delivery cost but needless to say I’m not very happy at all the courier company that delivered this lounge was Hunter Express now from what I’ve found out this courier company out sourced this delivery to another company, now on the day that this was delivered I was not contacted and told when it would be here and I wasn’t home I did however get a call from the courier driver that day long story short they left it out of the front of my house in the pouring rain in a puddle of water as well as the box all damaged and water damage to the lounge inside after being in contact with the company and it sitting in my house still in the box after 9 days I opened the box to also fine water damage to lounge but also the lounge with the way it was packed also had major damage to the lounge it was torn in spots fabric cut in spots now after multiple emails and phone calls to the company it’s was left with put it back in the box and a courier will pick it up and return it and I was going to be refunded my money back now I don’t usually like to write reviews about when I called the company yet again after multiple emails trying to find out when the courier was going to pick up this lounge n take it outta my house today 13/08/2020 I called only to be told today on the phone that they where not going to pick up this lounge and that I was to DISSPOSE OF THE LOUNGE MYSELF not only that but ALSO AT MY OWN COST and that they would not be cover those COST BACK TO ME what a JOKE PLEASE PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL also I have wrote a review on deals.com that also shows pictures of the sate and damage of this lounge

I have purchased an item from salesbay minutes later i decided to read google reviews some were 2 or 3 starts but my exprience was good great costumer service great product great price and on time delivery. I will buy again . I would recomend this seller... its safe its secure and good service. Thank you. Attila
