also ordered a month ago no reply to emails phone line down . to update to order whats the next step ?

I ordered goods a month ago - no order confirmation, no delivery advice, no goods.

No response to email, phone number constantly “unavailable”

So, if I were TrustPilot I’d investigate the sudden rush of positive reviews all from newly created accounts within the last 2 days - especially since there are two that are almost identical !!

Ordered 2 beds in September 2021 wish I had read reviews before. Complete scam company don’t waste your time emailing or calling them they will lie then ignore any other communication. Request money back through your bank and report to get them shut down!

Scam!Had to get my money back via paypal.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered, same experience, I have ordered a massage couch and not received it. Had 1 email from them stating shipping delay and now I can’t contact them. Is it easy to claim through my bank for a refund. Also contacting trading standards!!

Im hoping I can get my money back from my bank this is an absolute disgrace that this can happen and no one can do anything about it.

I’ve had the same experience as everyone else - I ordered a massage couch on the 13th September!! During that time up until Christmas they kept giving me false promises on when it would be delivered, I then asked for a refund. From then I just couldn’t get hold of them and the online chat has now disappeared!
I phoned my bank and they have thankfully given me the money back so anyone in the same position, please go to your bank! I’ll be reporting this company to trading standards too. Shocking!

Absolutely disgusted this company has nearly £1000 of my money and will not respond to emails or anything.

I want a full refund asap and will be requesting this through the bank

I’m so upset also after reading all these comments I too ordered a beauty couch and have not received and no correspondence is being made. I’ve emailed and rang and nothing. How are they allowed to do this or have the website still up and running 😢 I’ve contacted my bank I’m just hoping they can help

I ordered some furniture for my new clinic opening in October and it's now January 24 and it's still not here. The company has since stopped replying to emails and is not contactable in any way.

I ordered a beauty chair in October 2021. I had a few emails over Christmas saying it had been despatched (identical to the emails in other reviews) to say when delivery would be.
I have now had no communication for a few weeks and the phone number is not answering.
How come this site is still operational and cannot be closed down! It is so bad.

I order some furniture costing over £1000 was promised it would be delivered in time for my new salon opening and nothing there ignoring my emails and I can’t get through to anyone on the number . Lucky I paid through PayPal scam company.

Ordered some items at a cost of over 1k. Never delivered from 4 months ago. I have spent the past two months in contact with authorities and they are currently investigating these con artists through IP and paper trails. I give them a month.

I purchased a therapy/massage couch back in October 2021 paid the cost of £1200 on my credit card in mid-November still no delivery phoned them no answer just silly music then cuts off no reply from mobile emailed again in December had a reply blaming driver shortages, email again in early January and was told the couch had been collected, but the couriers were not working over the Christmas break was promised a delivery date in this email below.

Have sent two more emails as off this date of posting no reply has been received
I have done a bit of investigation on the payment link that takes you to a German website on hindsight this should have triggered alarm bell’s also the phone number for the supposedly head office is unobtainable and is for sale on a Phone number sale company. I have asked my credit card company to start proceedings to reclaim the money paid. How ever tempting there offers maybe Do not use them to my surprise they appear to be still trading and taking orders

Same story; ordered massage bed, no delivery. Date promised then missed. No further response to emails and phone is never answered. The payment was taken by Salon Furniture Ltd whose only officer is Mrs Martina Al-Younis whose mobile number is 07874-045004. There is someone with that name living at 2 Brunswick Apartments, Brunswick Park Road, Wednesbury WS10 9GB. I have reported this to my bank as fraud to recover the money and to Trading Standards (by filing a report on the Citizen’s Advice Bureau website). I am about to contact the police. These scammers need to be stopped

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order at the end of September 2021 and I am still waiting. Emails are ignored, you cannot get through on the telephone. There has been very little communication from the company.

we placed an order 3 months ago and still have not received. I have emailed multiple times and had no response. I have called multiple times and the phone number does not even work. It is a complete scam and if I could rate lower I would. All I would like now is a full refund including shipping fees as this is an absolute joke !

SCAM , SCAM SCAM , I ordered a bed on 16th October was told 2-3 weeks , been given numerous emails saying a courier was gonna contact me in dec for delivery that week , been ignored since not had any form of contact since , reporting to trading standards and the police , and certainly showing up at the “showroom “ this week !

Ordered a backwash at beginning of November, still not arrived. Phone doesn't get answered, just rings and then clicks off. No answers from email. I managed to get a response from web chat, told me I would get a text and then delivered the next day, still nothing. I am currently arranging a chargeback through my card company.
