Ordered 6 x Salon chairs on 11th November 2021. Its now 17th January 2022 and the chairs still have not arrived. Delivery quoted was 9-21 working days. This company is impossible to get hold of - phone cuts off after 5 minutes of being on hold. No email replys and Webchat is a robot. Do not order from this company!

Live chat advisor said it will be deliver between 10-15 January. I have had NO DELIVERY nor update or tracking number.

I can only confirm all that has been said before me. Do not get taken in by the smart website. We are still waiting for a couch ordered in November. Countless promises for delivery, can’t talk to anyone, standard responses to any emails and guarantees that mean nothing. How a company can take peoples money without any intention of providing the goods is disgusting.

Well I’m writing again about the false promises from this company. I’ve been waiting on 2 nail desks since September. I have received some notification emails from them then nothing. Eventually last week was promised my desks would be delivered by the 15/1/22. No phone call no desks. Sent another email today asking about my delivery. No reply. Can someone please advise me on what to do next. Thanks

I have had a similar experience with this company. Item ordered at the beginning of December, told 3-5 weeks. Email last week saying would hear from delivery company and estimated delivery last week. Cannot get in touch by phone as cuts you off. Would not buy from them again. Seems dishonest, take your money and do not even have the courtesy to answer the phone.

I ordered a basin on the 7th December with a delivery date of 3-5 weeks and it’s now been 6 weeks and I still haven’t heard nothing. I have called the number given on the website but shock there’s never any answer. I have spoken to someone on the chat bot and said I would hear from the delivery company and it would be delivered last Saturday and I still haven’t heard nothing. I have waited so long for this and have a salon room in which I want to use but awaiting on the basin. I am fuming and so so upset! Do not order from here!!

Having a very hard time contacting this company which makes me feel like money has just been taken and I won’t end up with my furniture. I was promised over email my order would be here last week with a phone call 1 hour before delivery. I have contact further with 2 emails and no reply.

The phone number 01217980308 doesn’t seem to work and just rings out. I have tried to is everyday.

I am so disappointed and frustrated. Feel completely conned. Especially after reading previous reviews.

I ordered a massage bed on 19th Novemebr and still we have had no updates or any idea when this will arrive. We paid our money in good faith with the expectation this was a reputable company. Hoiwver since then we have tried for hours ringing the Service line number using the chat bot and now through email to get and update to no avail. I am beginning to get really concerned as we saved for some time to get the bed this company offered. I hope this company is not a scam but its beginning to feel that way

Ordered £675 worth of furniture for my beauty room back in 5th September 2021 and after numerous emails , phone calls with a guy called Abdul who only ever repeats himself , promised delivery dates , promised call backs for an update I sent a recorded delivery legal letter and email demanding either immediate delivery of goods or full refund back in beginning Dec . NO REPLY AGAIN !!!! Please do NOT order from this FAKE company

I ordered my furniture 1/10/21 and still not received any goods, I do get replys for my emails but always staying the same that your order is due in the coming week.
Awful service I wouldn't recommend buying, I fear they are a scam

placed an order on 21/10/21 for 3 beauty beds of which I am still awaiting a delivery or even an update on the goods of which I have paid for in full. I sent an email on 26/10/21 to ask to change order to 2 beauty beds instead and had no reply. Spoken to Abdul eventually on the 3/11/21 and explained and he gave me an update 3-5 wks delivery when order was placed it said 7-21 day. Abdul said he expected them into his warehouse week 29/11/21 and when they arrive he would issue me a refund for 1 beauty bed and deliver 2 beauty beds on express delivery I have tried to contact Abdul by customer services number, mobile number and email when I say loads of times it’s unbelievable. If I don’t receive an update by 4pm Thursday 16th December I’ve no alternative but get my bank to do a re charge back and I will for sure hit social media with your poor service you are offering to customers . My salon was due to open 1st week December and this is unacceptable. You have a chance to put it right which I feel its only fair been on live chat today and you said you would give me an update still awaiting !!!!!

Avoid theses scammers do not pay these crooks any money promised delivery dates and times NOTHING
Advise is to contact your bank this is fraud thankfully the bank will refund our money

Awful awful company, do not order from them!
I ordered two items on 11th October and was quoted 9-21 working days for delivery, and was told the item was in stock in Birmingham.

I have still not received my order, and after chasing multiple times have been fobbed off every single time that my order would be arriving 'next week'.

I have tried to contact the company by ringing their phone number stated on the website, it rings out every time.

The members of staff on the chat facility on their website are incredibly rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever! They accused me of not being able to read!

I was also told my items were being dispatched on 17th December and have still not received an update from the courier. No contact with Pallet Force whatsoever or tracking details.

How can they get this so wrong? disgraceful!
Should not be trading.

Contact your bank ASAP, because these people are scammers and you’ll never receive your items
I ordered 5 barber chairs costing £4000 over 3 months ago and they never delivered the chairs so I asked for refund, they refused and stopped answering my calls and emails. But thankfully the bank managed to get my money back off these scammers.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I have been waiting since August 2021 for my nail desk! No contact has been made from the company about why it’s taking so long to come, I always have to contact them! When I do speak to someone they really couldn’t care less!
I have emailed requesting to cancel the order & get money back, with no reply!
Any good review is a paid review, do not believe!

I ordered an item in Sept 21 and it is still not delivered, they have now stopped answering my emails AVOID!

I ordered a beauty trolley from this place on the 20/11/21 for £150 and received the email strait after with my order confirmation saying I had paid in full.

I emailed them on 24/11/21 asking when It would be dispatched as i was yet to receive an email. I was told their delivery times were between 3-5 weeks but was assured I would be contacted throughout the progress of my order with updates. I was also assured once my order was dispatched I would be notified and promised a confirmed delivery date. Still waiting to be contacted...

On 05/12/21 I emailed again to ask for a refund as I desperately needed this for my business and as it still said my order was in process didn't think this should have been such an issue for them as it hadn't been sent out yet but I then received a blunt email back on the 6/12/22 telling me it was dispatched on the 22/11/21??? and was to read the refund policy.

I responded the 13/12/21 to ask why then I was told on the 24/11/21 (Two days after it was supposedly dispatched) that It hadn't yet been, and asked why I was told i would be I would be kept updated. I would just like to add here not one person has bothered to contact me and tell me whats going on and they didn't even bother to reply to my question!

Again on the 3/01/22 I emailed and still had no reply.

It still says in process on my account and when you call the number no one bothers to pick up.

I ordered a hydraulic bed on the 18th October, paid £286 for it on the 20th October. I have not received the order still almost 3 months later. Delivery times were stated 3-5 weeks & I have been in contact via email numerous times to ask for an updated delivery time, as whilst I do not have the bed I cannot run my business & am losing a lot of income. I have been consistently fobbed off with responses saying it will be with you shortly, then more weeks go by. Communication has been poor, no apologies for not meeting said delivery times & then eventually they tell me their failure to deliver is due to brexit & delivery times have increased in the past week. However my order was made 6 weeks previous to that. When requesting a refund if they could not give me a delivery date in the next week they said they wouldn’t be able to refund if it already had reached their warehouse but I received no clarity on if it had or not. My last two emails have gone unanswered & I have also tried to phone the contact number quite a few times but never get an answer it just rings out. I’ve been more than fair & am not unreasonable with my expectations- I would just like the product I have paid a lot of money for. I have never bought a product from a company with such poor communication & customer service. I will not be purchasing from them again due to this.
