Ordered a bed for my clinic 9 weeks ago. Still never arrived. Keep getting the same answers. Wanted my money back so I can order from somewhere else but they are refusing to pay me until bed is in the warehouse. Worst customer experience ever.

Excellent service from start to finish. But it did take 3 months from ordering to have the salon chairs in my new shop.

Sorry but I need to give a bad review as my patience reached a limit.
On 4th Oct I have placed an order and paid the full amount. The estimated delivery was between 3-5 weeks. After more than 10 weeks I still have not received my item. Communication with the company is very poor and if you don’t chase them, they don’t bother to answer or give you an update. I suppose to open my new business this month but I couldn’t and am losing profits. The company seems to ignore its customers. On top of that, after under the customer rights I canceled my order and claimed money back, they stopped replying. If you want to avoid any disappointments, my recommendation is DON’T purchase with this company.

I ordered a salon chair mid October and was told the waiting time was approx 3 weeks. It is now 2 MONTHS later and I have still not received my goods. Not only that, but the level of communication around the delays has been appauling! I have had to chase every step of the way and although it is understood there are delays with lorry drivers at the minute - I have had no updates from them unless I chase them. When I do get an update it is vague, and literally a sentence which seems generic. I have explained to them that I am losing clients due to this delay and yet no response. This company clearly do not care about their customers!!! I am waiting for a response yet again and want a refund and no chair! I don’t usually leave bad reviews it’s taken me a lot to do this because I understand there are delays, my complaint is more around the lack of communication and care as a customer from this company!!

Made a purchase on 10/9/21 and STILL haven't received my order, Been told there's delays at customs but each week that ill receive my order next week but it never arrives and I get told the same for the next week but 14 weeks later still nothing, Now no response on chat email or telephone so I have no choice but to cancel my order, report to trading standards and contact the bank .. AVOID

To anyone on the fence about ordering from this company, don't. They're scammers, you WILL NOT receive you items.

I am furious, this company has completely taken my money and have not given it back, I ordered a bed for my Salon in September, the bed never arrived, so spoke only thru email to cancel the order, they have said they can't refund me until the item arrives. They told me twice that it would be the week of the 6.12.21 qnd that they would notify me when it's in. It's been over 10 weeks since my order. And it wasn't exactly cheap either. Got a better one from Amazon that arrived early, I wish I had read the reviews first as I don't seem to be the only one they have done this too.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS....

YOU'LL PAY FOR SOMETHING AND NEVER RECIEVE IT OR YOUR MONEY BACK.

I will not drop this and will be 100% filing an official complaint and have this company looked in to for a full investigation, waisted my money on an invisible item, might as well waist more on having them taken to the obdesmun.....

Bought a massage bed on the 6th of October and still hasn’t arrived. Was told it would be 21 working days which it has gone well past. Keep emailing them to find out where my order is and they say it will come the following week which is always a lie as it never arrives. They are a joke of a company do NOT trust them.

In case no one has realised yet, yes this is a SCAM company. We have already reported this to the appropriate authorities as well as our bank and will go further if this isn't resolved. To anyone on the fence about ordering from them, DON'T. You will lose your money.

I ordered my item the beginning of October and I have had to constantly email to find out where it is, and the reply has always been it's in this week's delivery. This has gone one 2 months and still no bed so finally I have asked for a refund and they say I have to wait for the item to arrive to them before they can refund my money. Disgusting customer service, I bought this for my daughter's Christmas present and now I have to wait for my refund to be able to buy her something else. I have already waited over 2 months 🤬

SCAM COMPANY !!!! Do not use!!!!! They do not deliver the products

Don’t be fooled. This guys are scammers. Every week. They promise me I will receive my beauty the following week. They promised I will get it this week. Still not here. I can’t believe this. They have now stopped replying my emails. I don’t know how I can get my money back from these people. Just the worst!!! Since September and it’s the terrible customer service as well 🙄

I order a beauty bed 2 months ago and to this day they haven’t been able to tell me when it’s going to be delivered. I asked them to cancel my order and requested a refund as they haven’t been able to fulfil my order but it’s proving to be very difficult to contact someone.

Very disappointed experience & poor customer service.

My only hope now is to receive my money back.

Absolutely shocking experience with this company. Ordered items over 2 months ago - never arrived. Still trying to get money back, but proving very difficult. Do NOT use this company. It's like talking to robots. SCAMMERS.

I ordered a salon bed on 25th August, and after a few months of waiting and different excuses such as they're still at customs and will be in next week, or the week after etc etc; I FINALLY got through to someone on the 20th October to process a refund.
It's now December, and after emailing countless times and calling every number given NO ONE is getting in contact with me and ignoring my calls and am still yet to receive my refund.
They're happy to take your money but not to deliver, and pretty appauling customer service!

They aren’t worth one star to be honest!! I ordered two chairs for my salon at the beginning of august,, I still haven’t had them!! Every time I call them the story changes,ie,, still in customs,, don’t know which customs, we are waiting for them to arrive into our warehouse,, you will get them thursday with our next day delivery,, still in customs !! These are the excuses I am getting !! I have no idea where they are, how much longer they will take as the people on the phone have no clue what’s going on. I asked to speak to a manager,, they could t do that,, I asked for a name to contact to complain,, couldn’t give me that,, they gave me a German tel no,, which was wrong,, and a contact called Brian,, where is Brian,, does he know where my backwashes are!!???? I’ve asked for a refund, but guess what, I won’t get my money back until the chairs arrive into the warehouse!! So please do not buy from this company!! I’ve lost money waiting for these,, as I’ve had to buy second hand ones to get me by.. tomorrow I will be going to trading standards to report them!!!

This company is operating illegally, against trading standards. We ordered chairs in September and they still haven't arrived in November, so we requested a refund. They've said they can't offer a refund until they receive the chairs from their supplier. This is illegal, our sales contract is with Salon Furniture Limited, not their supplier. What would happen if their supplier has gone out of business or suffered huge delays due to Brexit? We have spent weeks chasing a refund and no one calls back or offers any solutions. They recently changed their Refund Policy on their website to try and cover themselves but this wasn't the policy when we purchased the goods (we have screenshots). Do not buy from this company they are unprofessional and not trustworthy.

This is the same scammers who had website salondirectgroup.co.uk. Rated 1.5 star! It is now closed and orders not fullfilled. Bought hair washer from them in JUNE, no refund and no goods. BEWARE!

Do not use this company. 8 weeks ago I ordered a bed. It says it will come between 3-5 weeks. It hasn’t arrived, I’ve asked for a refund numerous times, they tried to put me off getting a refund saying I won’t get a bed sooner than 3-5 weeks, they said I’ve waited all this time already I should wait and decide what I want to do in regards to a refund when they have received it. I told them I want to go through with a refund, they said their policy states I’ll have to wait for my refund until the bed arrives to them. Their policy does not say that online at all. I’ve asked three times after that message and I’ve had no reply, not to mention the bed obviously Still hasn’t arrived to them yet. I have indeed received a bed from another supplier in 7 days. If I don’t get a refund I will lost definitely be taking legal action.
