I’d like to do no stars for this company . I gave them until today to get my order to me . No response so have gone to my bank and claimed full refund . I urge everyone else to do the same . I wonder if they were a legitimate business but have hit problems and now in hiding ?! But no way to treat people . Taking our money and not supplying our goods . It’s theft I’m sure

If I could have given this a minus I would have. I ordered my beauty bed at the beginning of November and despite several promises I am still waiting. Impossible to contact them by phone. I have raised a dispute with my bank and got a full refund. I would recommend anyone else in my position to do the same.
Terrible company if it is indeed a genuine company

I am ordered my pedicure chair on a 25th October,already January.Still waiting news from that company.They promise that driver will contact with me 2 weeks ago.I was very upset,it was very expensive chair.Lost my time ,lots of headache .This morning I went to the Lloyds bank and really thanks them they sorted out all money back in a couple hours.People please stay away from that company.

I placed my order on 19th November, and today its19th January, and I still havent heard anything from the company or received my furniture. They don't answer thier phones or respond to emails quickly, they make promises and never follow through.

SCAM. Pls do not buy anything from this company. Just retrieved my money via my bank very easily but this has wated weeks of me waiting for the said (fake) order

Awful company. Avoid! Wish I’d read the reviews on here first! Spent £900 on a couch. Their communication was great prior to order then absolutely nothing since and impossible to get hold off! Absolutely gutted! Scammers!

Tried to order from them I put all the details into my bank pressed pay my Vance said they would not make payment for my safety came in here to check and read review and wow I’m so thankful to Lloyds bank for refusing to pay!

Please avoid this company at all costs. Ordered a beauty couch in September and I have still not received my item! SCAM! I had to go through my bank to get my money back and I have also reported them to trading standards!?

AVOID AVOID AVOID ordered 2 beds in December. Had false promises of delivery that have never happened. Now they ignore all emails, ignore phone calls. I’ve reported to trading standards and companies house as they are showing as a ltd company on there! No idea how these scammers get away with it. Reading all these reviews, it seems they have got away with a lot of money from us hardworking people! Struggling to get my money back from the bank. I’m gutted. Clearly all previous reviews are fake. Do not buy from this company EVER

It's a scam. This company doesn't exist. Positive reviews on here are faked. Have had to contact the bank to reverse transaction and report to action fraud. If you are considering a purchase, try to speak to them first. You won't be able to. If you email them, they will he responsive. You will likely get an email from felicita until you ar expecting delivery. Then it will go dark and you will never see your products.

The most horrendous company ever, as everyone else here, my order was made on 11th of Oct 2021, it's been more than 3 months and now no one is answering to emails, phone calls nor their website chat. I am a new business and they messed me up so bad, by not delivering the furniture.
I contacted trading standards and am waiting for an answer.
Their reviews here are all fake and that's why they don't have a google profile.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! Placed my order on 8th October 21. They have given excuses of covid delays, shortage of drivers and promises of delivery dates that came and went. Still no items almost £600 to this stinker of a company. I’ll be reporting to trading standards if they weren’t in Birmingham I’d have gone to the address I’m that angry! Thankfully Halifax have been amazing and gave me a refund on the same day of raising the complaint. AVOID.

Well I don’t know how they are able to trade firstly, they should be shut down, I ordered my bed early November still waiting, phone rings out then cuts off, emails are being ignored, live hat told me different dates all the time and it’s still not here. Please don’t be fooled by them and if you already have contact your bank and trading standards and stop these scammers from doing this to other people🤬🤬🤬🤬

Absolute scam, Ordered on 8/10/21 - nothing heard since 20/12/2021 - Last stayed order was delayed to early January 21. Heard nothing since then, no contact and not answering phone.

Been a victim of fraud clearly .. ordered 25/10 was due to receive the basin in November then December then January. January 15th has passed still no basin. No contact been completely ghosted now reading all the other victims . This website needs to be shut down … FRAUDULENT

THIS IS A SCAM! Update to my last review : I was promised a refund by the latest 15th January. Still no sign of a refund. Company have ignored my emails. I placed my order in September, It's now the middle of JANUARY!! I have reported them to trading standards and I suggest everyone else who has had this experience do the same. Don't let these scam artists get away with this!! PS: All positive reviews are very clearly fake if you hadn't already guessed.

I ordered a reception on November 5th I was lied to several times on live chat that I will be called for delivery
