Fantastic level of service
We popped in on the off chance to look at some GLA’s and were greeted by friendly staff who immediately called out to Tom in sales. The whole approach was relaxed, friendly and allowed us to view several examples of car that would meet our expectations. One test drive later and a deposit was paid. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car in over 30 years, thank you.

Excellent service, Hassle free.
Can’t fault the service I received at guilford. Helped me with my purchase of the new c class which at the time was very hard to find. Grant was excellent with keeping me informed all through enquiry to pick up date. Manager came out to say thank you as well. Jack superb in dealing with tracker installation etc
You get a sense the team take customer satisfaction seriously unlike other dealerships i have used in the past

had a great experience from start to finish very pleased, Rob was a great liaison person he didn't try to sell the car to me, he took my needs and gave me the car I wanted. I wish I didn't live 2 hours from this dealership but they had the car I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble.

A class service
I am so delighted with the service Mercedes provided me, I was made to feel important from start to finish… The service is is very personal and the process was seamless. Disappointing
Incredibly disappointing every step of the way. From booking a Saturday test drive a week in advance then waiting 30 mins while they got the car from the depot, through to collecting a brand new hybrid with no battery charge and all four tyres on amber/red air pressure as I drove out of the showroom. Now waiting 2 weeks for payment on my old car which I was assured would be 2 working days.

Mixed feelings
The sales experience was smooth and test drive arranged promptly and at my convenience. The handover was slightly delayed due to communication problems at the dealership but was otherwise very good.
Unfortunately, on checking Mercedes Me I noticed that there big differences between tyre pressures and when speaking with your after sales I was told that the app could give wrong information and to check the on board display. If it gave the same info he advised me to to check manually and if necessary go to a garage to put it right!! In fact your multipoint check for used vehicles should have picked this up and corrected it prior to handover. I have now emailed the sales person to arrange an appointment to have them adjusted.

Good service
Our sales person was very efficient and rang when he said that he would. The sales person has always dealt with things as they have arisen and answered our questions promptly. The videos which were sent were very helpful. The car could have been better prepared; there was no owner’s manual, and the interior of the car could have been checked more thoroughly, there appears to be evidence of the bumper being resprayed which was not pointed out to us. However the service centre at Guildford Sandown has always been excellent.
