My Mercedes was written off in early March and after 8 weeks the insurance finally paid out.
Khayam at Mercedes in Slyfield hunted around and found my replacement the day after I received the insurance claim.

Buying our beautiful GLC
It took 7 years for us to save for this car, so you can imagine our visit to the Mercedes garage was important to us. We knew which car we wanted and Dave organised it for us. What a fabulous experience we had. Dave Hamilton was the representative who was very professional, understanding and polite as well as good fun too. Not too pushy, though he did try hard to squeeze us for a bit more, it’s not that we don’t like all the lovely products, it’s just that our budget was all about the best car we could buy. Needless to say we bought our GLC we love it 😍. Thanks Dave we had a great experience buying our car from you. See you again soon we hope.

From the time that we walked on to the forecourt until the time of handover, we found the personal attention to be second to none. Harry was extremely helpful, and nothing was too much for him. His attention to detail was excellent, and he was extremely helpful in every respect.
In all, it was a pleasurable experience, and I can would not hesitate in recommending Mercedes Guildford to anyone.

Smooth transaction and quick handover!
Elaine was great, no nonsense and kept us informed and the handover of the brand new car the fastest I have experienced with no hanging around which was what we wanted. Even though the guildford branch is over an hours drive from us would return versus our local franchised dealer.

I had brought in my E class Coupe for a product recall on the airbags. I have had the car for 9 years, always serviced by Sandown Guildford, and very satisfied, but unfortunately shortly to become ULEZ non-compliant. My preference has always been for a manual gearbox, and glancing along the cars for sale, my eye caught the SLC Final Edition which appealed to me, and fortunately was also manual. Nima attended to me, very courteous, very helpful, and his assistant accompanied me on a test drive, after which terms were agreed for my purchase. Nima handled the change of number plate on the E class, and will arrange for my personalised number to be transferred onto the SLC once DVLA have confirmed. All in all 10/10. KSP

I’ve been a customer at Sandown Mercedes Guildford for many years for the servicing of my cars.
I decided to acquire a new A180d AMG Line Edition for my daughter in early March. I emailed my main contact Matthew Gale, the Service Team Manager whom I’ve always dealt with who is a great guy. I immediately had a call from his colleague Deepak Gharu and we arranged a visit to discuss the new car. From the time we met Deepak, agreed everything and took delivery of the lovely new car yesterday, we were impressed with every aspect of the process. Deepak kept us regularly updated and had two colleagues on hand yesterday to connect my daughter to the Mercedes Me App and to spend time with my daughter getting everything in the car set up for her. Very impressive and nice touches and a very happy daughter! 😀
They have a great set up here in Guildford, well done 👏 and highly recommendedd

Khayam Ali was the person that I dealt with whilst purchasing my car. This is by far the best service received whilst purchasing a new car .Khayam was extremely helpful through out the whole process. He was very knowledgeable about the car, everything was explained step by step. At no time did I feel pressurised .

We were very pleased with our experience at Sandown Mercedes-Benz. We part-exchanged our car and were happy with the price we received and the deal for the new car.
The most outstanding feature of the process was the excellent customer service we received. We were made to feel special throughout the process. This was particularly evident when. we went to collect the new car. We saw a car shrouded in a black sheet in the showroom with a cardboard stand next to it. We did not realise it but this was our car and the cardboard stand had my name on. it. This was such a thoughtful and fun thing to do and made us smile.
The 7 day insurance was arranged with ease and the Mercedes Me App put on my phone.
I would recommend Sandown Mercedes-Benz to anyone wanting to purchase a Mercedes-Benz model.
