The team at Mercedes in Guildford were very helpful. The online side was poor, very poor. Nothing worked. Hence the local team had to work even harder and did very well.

We visited Sandown this weekend and met Mimi who was fantastic. She spent so long with us and was easily the most informative and helpful Mercedes staff member we have had dealings with. We visited other larger establishments and the service from Mimi was just on another level.

I purchased a Mercedes A180 hatchback back car from 'Sandown' Guildford . The agent who dealt with the whole procedure was excellent. He made the whole process of the sale and associated paperwork easy for me and it was done in a very professional and friendly manner. The after sale help with a more advanced vehicle was much appreciated.

First class service
From the minute I sat down with Mimi I knew I was in good hands. She listened to what I was looking for and answered all my questions, regardless of how basic they were! I was kept updated throughout the process so I knew what to expect and the documents I needed to compete. On pick up day, she took time to walk me through all the functions of my new car. Delighted with my new car and the brilliant experience I had in buying it!
