Fantastic team and experience
Kam was absolutely brilliant. Took time and care to show us our options and find us the right car. Excellent customer service and brilliant communication throughout the sale. Maria the finance manager was very helpful and explained our options and package.
Such a pleasure going to the Guildford branch, cannot recommend them enough! No better place to buy your Merc!

Just purchased a used GLA 180 and the service was impeccable. The salesman was professional and friendly, helped us to get the best deal possible and also threw in some extras. Highly recommend. The car drives lovely and could not be happier.

Don’t buy until you have all details/ facts
Initially very pleased with our purchase experience.
However having had a day to check the car and sales details we were dissatisfied with:-
1. We specifically asked the salesman if the vehicle had DAB radio. He answered ‘it says MHz so it must have’. A fob off - and it turns out it only has FM and AM. We think this was very poor and misleading information, perhaps even an example of mis-selling.
2. The selling of the add-on insurances (which frankly involves pressure selling activity - no matter how politely done by the salesman), is unpleasant, and leaves one feeling tricked into buying questionable insurance products. Now that we have had the opportunity to read the full policies we feel these were overstated at the point of sale and we are now considering cancellation. Not really acceptable, and bad products, again, especially from a premium vehicle brand.
3. No paper copies of anything were given to us as part of sale. All information was available on line or by email but in the main was difficult to access and check during the sales process and we felt there was no time allowed for this. We feel the dealership was exploiting this as opportunity to conclude the sale, based on the vague details provided by the salesman, before the customer could check all the details.

Thieves!!! Never have your car serviced from them. Whatever they touched was EFed? They screwed engine cover, Gearbox which I end up paying twice and they never changed any Filters and Engine Oil which screwed Car Engine.

I wouldn't use anyone else
I have dealt with Mercedes Poole for the last 3 years and before that Epsom for 7 years. During this time probably driven 200,000miles
The service is exemplary I wouldnt deal with anyone else.

Very pleasant + high calibre sales and support staff with excellent knowledge of their cars. Also in our case, a very good offer on a CLA35 PREMIUM PLUS and fair PX.
Only negative was on payment where a clearer presentation of options via The
Trustly Group would have been useful.!
Both Mimi and John Weymouth were extremely helpful.

Approved Used Mercedes Purchase
I bought an approved used Mercedes from Sandown Mercedes Benz Guildford. From originally making an enquiry about a couple of the used cars at the showroom. Ian Wilson one of the salesman got in contact with me and spoke with me over the phone. From this point on I can honestly say that I had a very good customer experience. Ian was very helpful and friendly. I know sometimes salesman’s get a bad name sometimes but Ian was fantastic throughout the whole process. In comparison to the first showroom I went to Mercedes-Benz Ascot. Ian and The Guildford showroom were far more helpful, reasonable and approachable. Ian was very transparent throughout the whole process and I did not feel at any point he didn’t have my best interest at heart, with finding the right car for me, at my budget. I have now had the car a couple of days at the time of writing this review. The car is sensational. Great standard / condition of vehicle for the price and amazing to drive. Thank you Mercedes Benz Guildford!

Mimi was a fantastic advisor!
We recently attended the Guildford branch showroom and whilst having to wait a while to be initially seen, we were greeted by Mimi.
She was extremely down to earth and understanding of our needs and did her best to accommodate them. Whilst we did not go ahead with purchasing a car, her attitude did not change throughout and she has continued to offer her support where possible.
If you are to attend this branch I would definitely recommend requesting her support!
