Another great service from Guildford…
Another great service from Guildford Mercedes. I collected my new 74 plate on Saturday and the service has been second to none! They listen to all that you want from a car and do their best to get a good deal for you. They have kept in touch with me from start to finish updating me about my new car and keeping me the loop with everything. Nothing is too much for them. They treat you as an individual and not just a customer. This is my second time getting a car from them and I will always recommend them. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable.

Incredible experience
I have been going to Sandown Mercedes-Benz for a few years now, to service or repair cars and to buy a car from the dealership, and it is the best centre I have ever been to.
The engineers are easily some of the best in the country and the customer service is second to none.
I needed to have a health check for my car after becoming concerned about an issue with the breaks and the team were very knowledgeable and efficient. I was deeply grateful for their help in trying to repair the car without additional charge for a minor issue to try to resolve the problem.
Always a wonderful, compassionate and highly professional experience, I highly recommend Sandown.

I’m pleased to say buying an approved used car from Mercedes Guildford was the most pleasant experience I’ve had in buying a car. Large Work Vehicle Investment Purchase
I used Sandown to buy a work vehicle. I was lucky enough to be introduced to Mimi. She was amazing. Not pushy, she listened, she advised, she was knowledgeable and helped me with what is a huge investment.
The tech and service experts were also on hand for my many questions. Was a great experience.

Brilliant from start to finish - Sandown Guildford
Brilliant from start to finish.
Bought a Peugeot back in May, nothing but issues so asked for my money back. Went to Sandown in Guildford and support across the board has been excellent since finding the car I liked (Wednesday 3rd July) and picking it up for delivery (9th July).
Excellent support from Ian Wilson in used car sales, Simon Curtis finishing off the sales and handover process (plus Charlie Swayne on the day of handover) and ongoing support on technical / follow up questions / Mercedes Me app etc from John Weymouth.
It's been like night v day dealing with these guys versus Peugeot.

An all round flawless experience
From walking into a Mercedes showroom for the first time, to driving off the forecourt in a new EQA a couple of weeks later, the whole experience was flawless. Excellent staff and service
I had made an enquiry through the Mercedes website on a vehicle in the afternoon and within 2 hours, I was sent a personal presentation video by Ian Wilson, who is truly an amazing Sales Exec at this branch!!
He offered his years of expertise and we are now happy owners of a wonderful vehicle within a week.

Lies,deceit and incompetence…
I purchased a used e class estate January 2024, from Sandown Mercedes.
The vehicle spent more time off the road, complimented by lies, deceit and all round incompetence by the dealership, which led to them buying it back for what I paid for it.
I realise that this makes me unpopular with the dealership but despite promise after promise I am still out of pocket.
The settlement was disclosed but had significant hidden costs, so a breach of FCA REGS.
Excuse after excuse after lies and deceit, this company cannot be trusted, this is not a one off.

Very professional set up
Very professional team with great customer service. I was made to feel welcome and important and catered for throughout the car buying and trade in process.
Saif was my sales person and went above and beyond to assist me with my requirements. I’m very happy with my purchase of my first Mercedes and wished I had discovered Mercedes earlier in my car owning career!
