Purchased a GLA200 AMG Line. Extremely helpful and polite staff. No pressure applied at any time. The package put together was fully acceptable and took the hassle out of privately disposing of the old vehicle (C Class Mercedes). Every stage of the purchase was pro-actively actioned by the various Mercedes departments making the old car handover and new car collection a pleasurable experience.

Excellent customer service
This Guildford dealership has looked after my cars for over 10 years. Their customer service is absolutely excellent. I live in London but they have collected my A Class for servicing and repairs and left me a loan vehicle to use whilst they have mine in the workshop. They really care about their customers. Highly recommend.

Great service, great feedback all the way from start to finish it took a few days, but Mr kwesi looked after my car very well and made sure everything was done correctly, and the lady in front desk who served me great fun good humour too, very well done everyone 5 star to you people.

When I contacted The Sandown Guilford…
When I contacted The Sandown Guilford Mercedes, the reception told me that someone will contact me shortly. I did ask them what do you mean by 'shortly'. They said 10-15 min the most. As they said, I did receive a call from Mr Ian Wilson (Sales, Mercedes Benz Guildford) and asked him about a particular car.
Ian sent me a personalised video about the car which I enquired earlier. He told me the features of the car and also mentioned why the car has to be sold quickly.
I also needed a car urgently. So it worked out. I couldn't believe that once I liked the car, Mr Ian Wilson started the paperwork and all the formalities were completed within couple of days. But he said car will be ready on 31st Jan because of checks and preparation, even though it was almost brand new (just 124 miles on the clock). we were treated as a VIP customer. We had mercedes for nearly 10 years and no issues. So we wanted the same. Mr Ian Wilson helped to achieve our dreams of getting a new Mercedes-Benz.
The post-sales communications are excellent but we are too slow in responding. :)

Buying a new Mercedes from Sandown was a very good experience from start to finish. Salesman Pete was great. He helped us through the process and gave us a competitive deal. Pete has good knowledge, was not “pushy” in any way. The technical handover he gave us was also good.

Sandown Dorchester
