Saree Palace Reviews 

First of all , I live in the US and desperately was searching for something appropriate to wear to my step sons and new daughter in love's reception in Pune. As usual I was running late in finding it. I ran across Saree Palace on line and fell in love with the thousands of options. It took me a couple of weeks just trying to decide which one to chose. I was so afraid they would not fit and I was running out of time. I placed my order, prayed hard,
and in just a few weeks received my choices.
THEY ARE FABULOUS!!!!! THEY FIT PERFECT!
I could not be more pleased with the products nor with the pleasant service I received. Thank you for making this experience a good one.

The items I ordered took over a month to arrive I only received email response after sending several messages. When the items arrived the dates blouses were lovely but we're not seen to correct size. But the worst thing was a Salwar suit I ordered which had a too short zip preventing the garment to be worn. As the clothes were ordered for a wedding on 7th July ( received items on 4th July) I had to pay for the Salwar to be restiched with a longer zip. When I complained to the site they responded that they could not reimburse "only for a zipper problem" even though I had explained that the garment could not be worn without correcting this problem. They even suggested I should not have arranged for garment to be restiched without their permission!!

Please be warned when ordering with this company their stitching service is very unreliable even though I gave exact measurement all items were wrongly sewn. I wrote Watsapp messages and sent 4 messages before I received a response. I will not be using their site again and advise against using them.

I'm a first time customer and i am very pleased with their customer care and service as well as the high quality of their products. They delivered earlier than the predicted delivery date and they regularly notified me on the status of my order. They also responded to any emails and enquiries sent within 1 day. Although im taking off one star as they didnt follow the measurements correctly and my dress ended up being longer than 49".

Product might be good but Worst customer service.
Didn't receive my Order for expected function.

My dress arrived late. Stitching wasn't even in the right places! The colour didn't match the colour that was shown in picture,I tried to get in contact they refused to give me details to return. I had paid extra for stitching to my measurements and it did not match! I would NEVER order from here again! The product and the service I received was HORRIBLE. I have been ignored and not been refunded I am really disappointed.

Ordered Sarees which was excellent quality as same as pictures showed, highly recommend Saree Palace as a trustworthy website with great customer service which Pratik Pathak would reply within hours of my queries.
I was amazed that I received my parcel in 3 days from India to U.K with full shipping details at customs checkpoints. Look forward to shopping again with Saree Palace.

Okay this place is absolutely amazing. So I wasn’t able to wear my suit for my mehndi anymore, and I needed a last minute fix. SareesPalace saved my life! Not only is their customer service amazing but the product looked 100% like it did in the picture!!! I had to do a lot of research, and I read a lot of reviews and this place seemed the most legit to me. They stitched my order in a week, and it was shipped to me within 4 days!!! It came from India and i live in NY. I was worried about not getting it on time for my wedding but it came sooo much earlier than expected. All the prices were reasonable too!!! Stores and stuff rip you off but this place has really good prices. Not only that but they stitched it perfectly!!! They have an option to stitch it exactly the way you want it or leave 1 inch loose. I have had really bad experiences with other websites in the past where the stitching has been too tight because I’m a bigger woman, but this came out perfectly!! Love love love SareesPalace and I highly recommend buying from here!!!

This company is amazing! I’ve shopped at this website twice now and ordered 6 dresses in total. Their work is impeccable. The material of the dresses is of the best quality and the embroidery is flawless. I am usually not one to review products, but Saree Palace is amazing and I recommend it to anyone! Sometimes it does take a little longer to receive custom made items, of course, but I promise you it’s worth the wait
