Do not buy from this company they supplied me with corrupted SD cards that could not be removed and has cost me a lot of money to correct their corruption and they just wash their hands of it so please AVOID

What ever you do , do not trust this seller! My Father ordered a map update for his Audi Q5 , to start all Looked good but the first one sent through didn’t work, so they sent another. Once this was installed - ALL of the functionality was lost on the MMI system , so we contacted the seller who stated the up date was warranted (as in the sim card) and he didn’t know how to resolve the issue , He offered us a refund , my father emailed requesting money towards any repairs required to return the car back to its previous state , ignored these emails too. My father took his Car to Hereford Audi today and he has been informed this update has now corrupted the entire MMI system, costing £300 in diagnostics and a bill to put it right (replacing the entire system) of £5000. THESE GUYS Clearly have zero morals and really don’t care what happens after they have taken your Money ! Avoid AVOID AVOID !! Spend the extra £200 to get the update at a main dealer !!

I placed an order 4 days ago and haven't hear back about the delivery. I have sent multiple emails chasing for the eta but have been ignored. I'm not sure when I should expect the product and just want to know.

Good experence from start to finish. Updated the MMI on our 2016 Audi A6, SD card arrived in good time, took 40 minutes to install which was made easy by the step by step instructions that were emailed over. Considering that you are getting Apple Carplay intergated on an existing system it works very well and is easy to navigate with the car controls.

Website is really easy to use. Told me exactly which SD card I Needed. Great value for money significantly cheaper than main dealer and other websites. Really fast delivery. All in all a perfect experience.

Very impressed with this update, excellent value for Money… and a special mention to David who steered me through the setting up procedure. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

I was unsure which card I needed ,so I sent these guys a quick message via their page and had a quick reply asking for a photo of my old card and head unit , I sent these photos over and a day later they “showed” me which card I needed with a link provided to buy said card .
Quick , easy , helpful and mostly ,trustworthy .

Dave was extremely helpful through the process, he answered my numerous question before I purchased the upgrade for my 2015 Boxster 918. I followed the easy to understand installation instructions, however, it did take longer than I anticipated, approximately 1 hour. It was a very reasonable cost compared to the £480 Porsche upgrade which only updated the maps to 2021. There are no glitches on the system and it works well, I cannot fault service that Dave provided.

"I feel like I have been scammed, please think again if you are considering buying this product. My infotainment system had met all the requirements listed to install Apple car play. After installing, it failed to work and now my cars infotainment system reboots several times everytime I start the car. I have had very unhelpful responses from the seller who seems no interest at all to help resolve the issues this has caused or provide a refund. "

I didn't know what system I had in my car but I emailed them they asked for some photos of my system and old card and very quickly advised me on what card to order.
The delivery was very quick but unfortunately it wouldn't work in my car but they were very good trying to sort out the problem for me, I think that the problem was my car and not their card but they honored their warranty and refunded me
I would recommend this company and would use them again when I change my car

Before I ordered a product from them I emailed them twice asking if it would work for my car and I got no reply at all, then I confirmed that it would work for my car from elsewhere hence I purchased the SD card I didn’t get any confirmation email and I still haven’t received my product after sending numerous emails, these people need to get back to me as there clearly scamming 10 people who just left a review and I do not want this happening with me hence reply to my emails and tell me what’s going on before we take this matter ahead.

Great addition to my 2015 Audi TT. Well written (with pictures) instructions and fairly easy install. Looking at potentially updating the normal maps too. Quick delivery. Would recommend

CarPlay SD card
"David has been extremely helpful. Took me through why I needed to open the green menu before, they could send out a card. Once this was completed and pictures of the green menu sent the correct card was sent. Followed the instructions . Now my 2017 VW has CarPlay working very well with no problems. Used in January for map updates and excellent customer service then as well David thanks"
Very good quick professional service

Initially I was hesitant to buy as did not want to cause an issue with the car software but eventually took the dive and could not be more impressed! Dave made the whole process very clear and within ten minutes the update was completed and now we can use apple car play and android auto. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of using this company.
