Having wasted a lot of time trying to download the update from the SKODA portal with continuous problems I decided to purchase the sd card. I wish this had been my first choice, the card arrived swiftly and the sat nav was updated and working perfectly within the hour. Highly recommend the company and their products

I’ve sent 2 emails asking for advice and haven’t received a response. Poor service.
I still haven’t received a reply even though my 1st review was questioned.

I ordered the incorrect SD after discussing it thoroughly with the seller. I'd bought a software my car already had. The seller asked me to return but then never issued a refund. Having to go through a lengthy PayPal dispute to try and recover my money.

Excellent service from David. Having being told it was very difficult and waiting more than 4 months for a main Audi dealer I decided to try Satnavmap update. David guided me through the process and everything went exactly as explained in the instructions. Ordered on the Monday before Christmas. Arrived and installed on Tuesday. No hesitation in recommending.

I would like to give a better rating but I have been waiting two days for the activation code and have sent numerous emails requesting it with no response. I,m really disappointed because I wanted it for a long journey yesterday.

Ordered a map update for mitsibishi outlander on Tuesday. Sd card arrived Friday and simple job of just inserting the card and following the on screen instruction. 5 mins max. Tested by looking for a new street that wasn't on my old map. First class.

Amazing!! Literally ordered the SD on the Sunday for my Mercedes A Class 2014 blue efficiency (Has the Becker Map Pilot) arrived by Tuesday and David was really helpful when I needed to some ask questions (even though they were silly). Really easy to install and update, will use again as and when needed.

Ok they didn’t let me know when they posted the item and it was received via standard Royal Mail post no tracking etc. First and foremost they provided me with the update which worked well and saved me a couple of hours on a PC doing it myself. I can’t complain at all about the service and I would use this company again. 5 out of 5 from me

Excellent all round. I initially went to our local Toyota Dealership for a quote to update my 2020 RAV4 satnav, and was quoted what I thought was an extortionate price. I was recommended by a friend satnavmapupdate.co.uk and I had a look at their Web site. Their prices looked very good and I emailed them a question or two about their product. Very quick reply came back so I ordered a USB software upgrade on line. In 2 days it arrived in the post, instructions and Key Code sent, simple process of doing the upgrade on the car, and all works as it should.

Great helpful service from these guys and a good product. A little fiddly but entirely doable update for my 2012 Lexus via usb. Be prepared to adhere to the instructions and sit with the vehicle whilst it does the update. It’s a lot of data to upload from the usb or whatever medium your vehicle takes. If you opt for the “do it yourself” download option which I did in error (corrected by contacting them and asking for the usb solution) then it’s a little complicated and will perhaps be off putting for some.
The difference between the maps database in my car which was 2012 material is definitely worth the effort. The new map data for the Lexus is actually 2022 but still a vast improvement over the earlier database. If you want to avoid the cost of retro-fitting an Android or IOS solution then this is the way to go and is much cheaper than a retro-fit.

Great product, excellent customer service and after care. I ordered the wrong SD card for my SAT Nav, it is hard sometimes to know which one to select for the age of a car. I emailed the business and David responded quickly and helped me find the correct SD card and it was sent to me promptly on me returning the wrong card. I am all sorted now and could not be happier. Refreshing to get a good customer service with online businesses these days, agents representing businesses are so rude. David was very helpful and very polite.
