I purchased a map update but it didn't work because of a region problem i didn't think to mention. David was very helpful with his advice and prompt replies. When it was clear the update wouldn't work he immediately gave me a refund. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

A very good service, i ordered the wrong card, sent an email to the satnavupdate team, advising i could access the data. the team took the time to go through the settings on my car system and get another SD card sent out to me. actually sent 2 new cards both different years , both work . excellent!!

Updated SD card (NB1) bought recently for my Mazda CX-5 registered in 2014 which could no longer be updated due to lack of memory which could not be extended for reasons best known to TomTom and Mazda! No one knew the solution and Mazda were hopeless.

I spent £75 on TomTom for an upgrade which no longer fitted the existing SD card and apparently larger memory cards don’t work for licence reasons.

This preloaded SD card seems to be the answer and just requires insertion into the car SD slot. No PC required etc

So far it seems fine but does not seem to work with WiFi so doubt if it can be updated again next year. My car model does not have Apple Play so cannot use my mobile in conjunction with the built- in screen so although I can use Google maps and Waze the display on my phone is rather small to see clearly when driving so the SD card is a good solution. I can still receive alerts and advice and plan routes using Waze which is very good but can use the built- in screen and SD card for general purposes.

I’ve a Kia Soul 2018 that when I bought it didn’t have a satnav SD card the dealer wanted over £300 so I bought this and it worked It only took 30 mins to sort it’s self out. Very good. I recommend this firm.

Ronseal performance - "does what it says on the tin". Messaged David for advice on most up to date map for my car. Responded promptly, purchase made & my SD card arrived without delay and is working perfectly.

Was a bit skeptical when i read all the 5 star reviews and only 1 review which was less than positive. Thought I’d give it a go as it wasn’t expensive. I ordered the upgrade SD card for my Sportage Satnav on Tuesday evening. The SD card arrived Friday morning first class post. E Mailed David as there were no instructions with the card, David replied within an hour. Very easy to install, just install card and follow instructions on the screen. Completed within 15 minutes. Works extremely well and made me a good saving on the Kia price. Definately recommend this company.

I mistakenly order wrong sd card and returned it the next day and paid extra for the correct card, now 10 days later and no replacement, company just repeatedly ask me for a tracking number which I was never sent by them, I have gave order number so they should be able to track but cannot tell me when I will get my replacement sd card
Didn’t believe I returned card

I was a little sceptical when the card arrived as it said kia carens and I had ordered a sportage one. However I assumed that it would be programmed correctly as I had supplied them with details, so I proceeded to install it. The installation was simple and within half an hour the whole system was updated and working perfectly. A big thankyou to all concerned from a very satisfied customer and I very highly recommend this company.

I had one or two issued wiith the upgrade and David helped me every step of the way.

Wife's Mazda had been spinning around and around for a year and Mazda's own price for an update had us spinning as well. Stumbled across Satnavmapupdate.co.uk and ordered a card. arrived promptly, inserted in car and all works perfectly. Would recommend and use again for sure.
