Although a couple of the bottles were broken in transit I received replacements within a couple of days. Great customer service and the products look amazing as a gift.

I ordered a whole bunch of sauces.
One jar turned out leaky but after getting in touch it was replaced straight away with no problems! Great service!

I ordered the hot sauce gift set, having seen ads on Facebook. I was kept abreast of the delays due to high demand (great for the company!) and the set duly turned up as promised - along with a duplicate set!
I emailed the company and a real person got back to me, which was a pleasant surprise. I was asked to send a photo of the packs, which I did, and was even more pleasantly surprised to be told it was their mistake and to keep the duplicate set as an extra Christmas present.
Haven't yet sampled the sauces, but would definitely recommend the company based on their outstanding customer relations people.

The service from start to finish was fantastic and I was kept up to date with the delivery and tracking of all 3 parcels I've bought boxes for my husband, brother and 2 son in laws for Christmas
I also had a quick question which was answered within moments I'll definitely recommend this company.

I went online and ordered a gift but the email confirmation warned of possible delays due to the large amount of orders going through.

I replied asking them to cancel my order because I didn't want to risk not getting in time.

Within minutes I got a reply and an immediate refund.

I will definitely be back after Xmas for a birthday gift.

The truffle edit box is amazing, the truffle bbq, truffle hot honey and truffle simmer sauce in particular are amazing and have definitely become firm favourites, I just hope they be one permanent items!!

The sauces are a wonderful quality and very well priced for the festive hamper, I’m sure my partner will love them when he opens it at Christmas! Unfortunately the reason I didn’t give five stars was because of the courier service. I left a note on my door saying to place the package in my shed in the back garden. He instead went to the side gate, wrote that he “couldn’t open the gate” and dropped the box of sauces over the six foot gate at the side of my house. This caused two of the pots of sauce to smash and I had to wash the other bottles and repackage - I’m glad I checked the box because it wasn’t obvious that they’d smashed until I did, which would’ve made for a messy Christmas. Nothing on the company but something to feed back to the courier!

Brilliant customer service. Sorted out an issue with a broken jar (these things happen)! Husband is absolutely delighted with his early Christmas present, and we are looking forward to trying them all! They look amazing!

Placed the order and it was delivered quicker than expected. The packaging its self is very presentable. There was one of the sauces that had leaked so I emailed them about it and within a day Alister had sorted it and had a new sauce shipped that day. Excellent customer service!!

Packaging and presentation lovely, especially as it's a Christmas gift.
I had a slight problem with one of the bottles of sauces, as the seal on the lid had been dislodged during transit.
A quick email and prompt response from the vendor, has resulted in another bottle on its way to me.

Contacted customer services over an order that needed to be cancelled. Sorted quickly with no fuss. Responsive and kept me informed. Have used before and love their products and service.

Before ordering a Christmas present to be delivered to my son I had some questions about the packaging etc. I wanted to be sure the game wouldn't be given away before the Big Day! I received a response very quickly and when I queried something further, again a quick friendly reply. I love their sauces and want my son to be introduced as I'm sure he will love them just as much

UPDATE
I decided to get it delivered to me so I could take it with me on a visit. The website states 48 hour delivery but because it's Christmas I was advised it would take a bit longer. I emailed to say I would be leaving at the end of the week and could they progress my order. I got an immediate reply saying they would do their best and indeed they did. I received it yesterday (leaving today). What can I say? This is a company I'd buy from any day of the week - their customer service is just brilliant.

I didn't received what I ordered and I have emailed and tried to call but can't get anyone to sort my issue out .It was for a birthday gift and ordered the festive box and that's not what I received

The bundles are £43 The festive box I ordered was £39 so I did order the festive box because this is £39 and that's what I paid .Non of your bundles cost£39.Still no phone call it's now 26th of November .I think it's rude not to get on touch with an unhappy customer.No other products on your site are £39 only the festive box
The full flavour bundle you said I ordered was £57.00 just been reduced to £35 again not what I paid .You have now advertised bundles at £39 but when you shop them they are £30 false advertising.

Had a slight issue with one of the jars on delivery but it was rectified quickly and a new one sent out, highly appreciated recommend
