I had a delivery which was faulty a sauce bottle had smashed ruining everything I sent a complaint in and it has been delt with perfectly they are sending a replacement box. I could not send first package back due to state of it sent them photos really good service and they were prompt in response very pleased .

Placed an order and then had a question around the shipping address. Oliver responded super promptly, assuring me all was in hand. Can’t wait to receive my order and the tasty sauces!

Love this Company. Been ordering ever since I bought my first box last December as a Christmas present for my Husband. We've made several orders throughout the year to top up our cupboards. They have so many incredible sauces, particularly the ranch sauce and their curry sauce. The latest interaction I had was with someone called Oliver. One of our jars arrived smashed and one bottle had leaked. I reached out, Oliver arranged for replacements to be sent straight away and I have to say, whilst it was appreciated, I'm not surprised, they have always been a pleasure to deal with and order from. Highly recommend!

I love Sauce Shop sauces, both condiments and the simmer sauces. I’ve tried all simmer sauces, they’re free from nasty ingredients and so convenient! Any breakages in transit have been resolved quickly and hassle free. Top tier all around in my opinion.

The Company's website was easy to navigate and my order was delivered very promptly. Unfortunately, on delivery, I found that the sauces had leaked and the box was soaked through. I emailed the Company and they dealt with my email immediately. They are replacing my order at no cost to myself. I was very impressed with how my problem was dealt with and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

This is the first time I’ve shopped here. I got fed up sending the usual wine at Christmas and wanted something a little different. My Brother loves cooking and experimenting with flavours, so when I found this website I was so pleased. Thoroughly recommend this place for something different

Ordering sauces for a present couldn't have been easier. The website is easy to navigate and the order was delivered within a couple of days of ordering which was amazing. Sadly one of the bottles was broken, however the team resolved the issue within the hour of me contacting them and they sent out a replacement. Such a fantastic experience. I will definitely order again in the future

I ordered this morning and made a mistake with my address so emailed in, within minutes I got a response and they’d sorted my issue, absolutely amazing customer support. I can’t wait for my order to arrive! Woukd definitely recommend and use again

I really should be rating them one star for discontinuing their Habanero Ketchup, which was insanely good. But the others I've tried are excellent too, so I'll let them off.

I haven’t actually received my order yet because it was lost in the post. However, on contacting Sauce Shop they immediately looked into this for me and have now confirmed that a replacement order will be on its way to me shortly. Thank you to Oliver for dealing with this matter and keeping me updated at all times.

I ordered a bulk order of the golden coconut curry sauce (it’s amazing) with a few other bits added in.

I also love the pineapple habanero sauce it’s a delicious blend of sweet and spicy do I had a free of those and decided to try a free of the other cooking sauces. I’m not a huge lover of ready made sauce and much prefer to make my own from scratch but it’s nice to have tasty sauces in for busy days.

Unfortunately my order didn’t arrive, I had tracking and waited patiently for it to arrive but it never did. I contacted the sauce shop and they immediately apologise and sent the order again, unfortunately some of the bottles had smashed but I believe that was down to the delivery and not the shop. They were well packed but I’ve seen how they throw packages around.

I contacted them and they immediately sent me a replacement for everything that was broken. No issues or arguments.

The sauces are delicious. They don’t taste artificial unlike most sauces, the tomato ketchup is particularly delicious.

I also love that it’s a local family owned company.

I’ve been a sauce shop fan for years now and they keep getting better. I’ve loved watching them grow from a small craft brand into the mainstream brand they are now. Buffalo hot sauce is my favourite, but I’ve never had a bad sauce from them. I also trust the brand to not use junk ultra processed ingredients. Keep up the great work
