I had been looking to update my life insurance cover as my existing policy only covered me until the age of 70, I plan on living a lot longer than that. I can see from our notes that the policy was taken out online and a cancellation email followed shortly afterwards. We did try to contact you a few times to explain the cancellation steps and help prevent any further payments, but we weren’t able to reach you in time.
That said, we completely understand your situation and you are entitled to a refund. Please contact our compliance team as soon as possible and they will confirm the cancellation and refund process.
