Ordered on monday as I needed it quick and didn’t want to hire. The girls in the office was super friendly and arranged for fast delivery which I received this morning!!
The driver was very helpful and even offered to put my tower in my garage. The product is great and I had a very good experience dealing with everyone. Thank you LEWIS!

Cannot trust the delivery dates and prices online.
Ordered c. £2k tower and told free delivery and 4 working days, this quickly went to 7 working days and then advised over 15 working day OR, I can pay an extra £270 - £308 for delivery - but they will very kindly (yes I am being sarcastic), contribute 50% of the delivery cost. Just be very aware if you need this for a certain date or don’t want on pay extra. I paid by bank transfer - so they have my money. If you do order, recommend you pay by card to have greater protection afforded by Visa / Mastercard regs.
Very poor experience and I certainly would not recommend.
Excellent customer service!
Prompt delivery and a great product. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

great communication straight after ordering, tower was a delivered a couple of days later than expected but I was keep up to date on the delivery. The tower is very well built and extremely sturdy. The delivery driver was on time, very polite and helpful with the unloading.
My only criticism is the quality of the toe boards, they have used a very cheap pine wood plank rather than buffalo board. One of the ones supplied already has a split in it and wont last very long, shame as it looks like a cheap alternative when the tower is of excellent quality.

Brilliant bit of kit - no more struggling with ladders - so much safer. Easy to erect - all pieces are manageable even for an old bloke like me.

From start to finish the customer service has been spot on from Lewis Access. We ordred a 10.2m tower for use by our faciltiies team at our Church and community centre ( high ceilings in places! ) we had delivered today what looks like a quality product, we've only built up a few sctions to try it out but we are really happy. Lewis's delivery driver was spot on as well !

Needed a Tower for some important site work urgently and after ordering on the Friday, the tower arrived up at my job on the Mondays morning.

Bang on what was advertised and delivered same week

Even with extra straps and bracing It’s a rickety design. Especially above 6.5m. One of the pins broke after about a week and other pins show signs of rust after two months. All in all a bit disappointing
I ordered a scaffolding tower on the evening of the 12th August and the website claimed delivery on the 15th August, although is does state "subject to stock and location". Perfect, I thought, a week of glorious weather to get my job done.
13th August got an e-mail with the title "Your order from Lewis Access is on it's way". Brilliant, I thought.
Then nothing.
I e-mailed on the 18th, and to be fair, recieved a reply back the same day stating a delivery date of 26th August or I can pay for a Courier to recieve it earlier. That is 11 days after the 15th and I'm expected to pay for a courier to get it before then. Thats not on.
Then on the 21st I recieved an e-mail saying delivery on Wednesday 27th August.
Wednesday came along and I was able to track the driver and he deliverd pretty much on time.
The quality of the scaffold tower is great, the delivery driver was a really nice chatty guy, however the weather has now turned from beautiful to torrential rain for the next week and a half, so I'm delayed even more due to the delivery delay.
A lot of people have mentioned delayed deliverys and the company have replied a few time that they will look into this, however it is obvious that is not the case.
If you can't deliver in the time shown on the website then don't say you can.
I feel 3 stars is fair, good quality tower, good delivery driver and a quick reply from customer services. Two stars dropped for delivery in 10 working days instead of the 2 that the website stated.
I was undecided wether to purchase this new tower or a good second hand Boss tower locally but chose the new one because it was likely to be delivered quickly.

I tried to purchase a scaffold tower today valued just under £2500. One thing that attracted me to this company was that they advertised free delivery covering the whole of the U.K. and they only used their own transport. I stay in mainland Scotland.
I spoke to their manager that still insists that they cover the whole of the U.K. I said that I would pay the extra £169.99 plus vat to get it delivered to Inveraray but they still won’t deliver and that they would get back to me with a price from a courier.
Very misleading advertisement.
